I had my right turn signal assembly replaced on my Toyota Sequoia. I was in and out of there within a half hour. They were very professional and timely. The price was hundreds less than I had expected. I had a great experience and will definitely use them again.

I had never been to Perry Motors and didn’t know where to go to get my van smogged. As soon as I entered the service area, several people came to my rescue. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! It was a very nice experience before, during and after the inspection. I would definitely recommend Perry Motors for vehicle repair and care!

Took a full month to get appointment. 2005 Toyota Corolla sputtering unable to drive. Husband replaced fuel injectors and coil which were purchased online. He replaced spark plugs which were purchased at AutoZone. Car still had same issues. Mechanic (George) said all the parts my husband got were not the correct parts for the car. Quoted $2,400 to replace the 3 parts my husband did which again was fuel injectors, coil and spark plugs. We took the car home because at $2,400 they could not guarantee the car would be fixed. This was just to replace the incorrect parts and go from there. We looked at a lot of different quotes online which were nowhere near this amount. I understand dealerships are more expensive but this is just another place in Bishop that charges way too much. It's a shame that locals have to leave the area to be able to afford basic necessities. The staff was friendly and respectful but that doesn't justify their pricing.

Tip: Assuming they were being honest, we did learn a valuable lesson. Don't buy parts online. Just pay the extra money and get the good parts at a brick and mortar.

Ish… my service tech… is great. Prices are decent for the work. Only downside is not enough techs. No one is apparently qualified or Perry doesn’t have the equipment needed to replace a CVT Tranny in hybrid when Toyota is company that made Hybrid technology famous and favored around the world.

I’m disappointed and angry. I will most likely find another place to get my car serviced after this. They forgot to put the gas cap back on my car after performing an oil change. Then when I called and said smoke was coming out of my hood they said there was no way to explain how that would have happened. That they couldn't have caused it. I had to bring my car in on my day off to show them after calling twice and being told this. When they saw they made a mistake they treated me with a dismissive attitude. They fixed the mistake but said they couldn’t offer any kind of discount even though they could have potentially seriously damaged my car.

The guy who helped me was helpful and quick to do what was needed. The parts were reasonable for a dealership.

Perry's really needs to add a customer loyalty program for vehicle services much like the Ford dealership had. Think it was get 5 services and the 6th is free minus the parts.
