This is my local fish store and I highly reccomend going in and if you’re lucky enough to talk with Josh the head fish guy you will walk out with all your questions answered. He has been crucial in my fish keeping journey and is great at explaining the requirements to keep your fish alive and well. From getting rid of pest leeches/ planaria to helping me find the right fishes/invertebrates for my own tanks. His knowledge in the hobby is invaluable and I reccomend anybody who is interested in keeping fish or has for a long time to stop by and see for yourself. They do a great job in stocking amazing variety as well as keeping everything clean and organized.

Ultimately it is the people who make a business great and these people from Josh to the other fish associates are very caring and supportive. Would definitely reccomend people consider this place for their next aquarium/fish projects.

I had bought 3 different gold fishes two for 9.99 and one for 24.50 and the expensive goldfish died right away but they’re supposed to do something about it but didnt just tested the water and said ph balance was slightly high BY BARLEY ANYTHING I HAVE THOSES EXACT FISHES IN MY OTHER TANK SAME WATER SAME TREATMENT DID WHAT THEY SAID YET ONE MORE DIES🤦‍♀️

I appreciate PetFuns, initial response.
I have shopped here for over 25 yrs. So i know they have always had great help maybe thats whybthe Manfers response threw me off. She could have said im so sorry our stick person must have put this in wrong spot. For your trouble ill take 10% off, then chat me up about my pets. Ive been in retail, i get that customers can be rude, hangry and difficult. Everything is cisting more so we guard our pennies lol. All the Best to you PET FUN ♡ Went to buy a product that was in the wrong spot, it said 12.99, when I adked the help why it rang up more she said it was the bigger size, I said but the bag was on top shelf where 12 99 price was clearly marked. After the very RUDE, and UNFRIENDLY manager came over. She found price tag on bag for more and I said why do have the product in a spot that says 12.99, she said do you want it or not? I said not at that price no thank you. You don't have to be rude just because you work a low mngmt job. Being friendly is essential when working with the public. You don't get to just put smiles on when u feel like it. Bad hire Pet Fun.

A very wonderful and friendly pet store. They have a lot of great products on hand at decent prices for many types of animals.

They also are very pet friendly and even service aninal friendly too, so those both are big bonuses as far as I'm concerned.

Staff is polite and friendly too,willing to help and order products you might need too.

If you got a pet, stop in and give them a browse. I'm certain you'll find something for your pet and both of you will come out happy.

The aquarium section of this store has been outstanding. There were a few times I had problems and Josh advised us which saved a lot of our fish. With my amateur knowledge of aquariums this has been a great help. I will continue to buy my fish and seek advise from Josh. Thank you for all the help and hopefully continued help
