If you are not a regular customer of this store, you should be.
While I usually am purchasing cat products, I found they carried hay, alfalfa & dishes for domestic rabbits. There is one roaming our street. So, it should eat proper food, not my native CA plants 😅
I always like to donate, but the staff made it even easier to donate food to the feral cat foundation. How cool is that!
I had been price comparing & found another pet store charging 25% more. So, I love ❤️ Petco & their friendly staff and products. Way to go!

If you’re going to have temporary hours as a BUSINESS then you need to update that information via google and your automated phone message. I pulled up on a Sunday at 7:45pm and they were closed. I’m extremely upset

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst customer service ever! I bought dog food on the 1st of Nov 2024, took it back on the following weekend. The manager at the store, Sydney said she cannot process the refund and that I have to contact customer service. It was within the return window so I don’t know why but we called customer care. They said I should have my refund back in a couple of days along with an email. Sidney said I could contact her if I don’t receive the refund, that she remembers I returned the dog food. I got numerous calls from petco customer care after that asking for my receipt but no money back yet. This morning, on November 26th, I call the store and she tells me without the dog food she cannot do anything. Well the dog food is in the store with them. Why am I going to lie about something like that! I am just tired of this whole ordeal. I just feel like they are trying to drag it out till I ultimately just give up!

Today I went into Petco looking for two slow feeders and two mobile kennels. Sidney saw me walking through the isle and asked if I needed help. Sidney help me out with a warm and inviting smile. She’s very informative and she cared. In fact, I mentioned to her that she cared. She was so patient and she stayed with me in the aisle until I found my final selection. you can’t teach people how to care and Sidney definitely cares about her customers and them getting top-tier custom service. She provided a great vibe coupled with knowledge that satisfied every question I had. Even when I called my wife on FaceTime, Sidney was kind enough to unpack one of the kennels and show us how it was set up. This type of customer service should be rewarded and celebrated. Sidney, thank you so much for providing us with great feeders for our twin French bulldogs “Nandi & Nefi” and thank you for providing us with airline approved certified kennels. You have terrific customer service skills that can lead a team. The Garrett’s wish you continued success, love and light.

The management of this store lets rescue groups set up outside in front of their store .Last weekend the pets were in 102 degree, temps,some had no water, 1 big black dog was so hot and didn't stand up. The rescue
had him in a Big bulky Halloween costume ?

Wide variety of pet products. Seems prices competitive with other local brick and mortar stores. Staff greeting upon entering, then vanished. Pet rescue is a plus. Inventory on small animals, birds and fish is lower than I expected - maybe too close to Christmas for more.

Great experience with the store. Stacey spent a lot of time educating my 3 year old Ella on all the different reptiles in the store. Super patient and great with kids. She was so awesome! Thank you, Stacey!
