My wife had a very nice experience with outpatient orthopedic surgery. Everything was done on time. Helpful staff answered all our questions and kept me informed by text and phone until she was ready to go. Very competent surgeon and nurses and a spacious modern facility. Also it’s very convenient for us coming from Livermore.

My family has used this location several times. The staff was always courteous and efficient. I made an appointment for a booster shot, and arrived early. I had my shot and was back to my car before the actual appointment time.

This is a brand new but the way they operate it is just primitive. Staffs and nurses don’t want to do their job (which is to help you). I’ve been a member over 15 years, definitely it’s time to jump off the sinking boat. No wonder why my colleagues call it ‘Killer Kaiser’.

Why doesn’t this large Kaiser facility have a lost and found? It seems each check in area has drawer with stuff! So you have to check with each and every check in area
