I would give this place 10 stars if I could! The work Buck and Blaine have done here is just fabulous. We came in by boat and there is deep water all the way up to the fuel dock -9’ at low tide. Both Blaine and Buck were there to greet us and Tie off the boat. Besides a very well stocked convenience store with excellent breakfast sandwiches, they have added a tiki bar deck on the back full of great people, Wonderful dogs and an attentive bartender. If you are not lucky enough to be there on Thursday night, Family Night with food on the grill, there is a restaurant right across the parking lot. Bait shop included!

Family owned and operated convenience store with a Tiki Bar open to the public that serves beer and wine with a great atmosphere! Brandy is the best server! Come visit on Thursday nights and enjoy the sunset!

The people are friendly but how y’all gonna charge me $7 for a breakfast sandwich that’s 97% eggs? And it’s every sandwich!!! You want bacon egg and cheese? 1 strip of bacon… you want the BOSS sandwich with brisket? 1 slice of brisket and a WAD of eggs… get with it pier 98!!!

Nice clean with fresh sandwiches to take on your fishing trip. Local fresh bait in the back. Bathrooms clean and a perfect spot to gear up for your boat and belly.

Always a friendly staff, quick with service and quicker to help, always have the bait you need and local guide advice to point you in the right direction. Boat accessible and I believe they have non-ethanol gas as well. Kudos to Blain and his crew down at Pier 98!👍

❤️ I do enjoy going into this somewhat fancy gas station next to Rodeo Steak House! I was up to date with more knowledge about this Pier 98 Marina Convenient Store and the charter boats here in Parker after living here years ago pre Hurricane Michael at Sun Bay townhouses which I would love to rent again or purchase one so I do love the bay where my fam and siblings live on the other side of the bay as well. We migrated here from California, Texas and Georgia to call Florida home after my Dad retired USAF decided to make Florida their permanent resident as Tyndall AFB is nearly less than 15 miles away from their newly built home! I do love the beautification of the Pier 98 Convience Gas Store with it's bayview and deck expanded outside added thier Tiki Bar deck! I used to bring my children to this store when they were small in elementary school and we would sit outside on the deck and watch the sunset after taking them to the parks across Highway 98 facing the other bay! They used to have their bday parties there at the parks esp at Bonita Bay so we would come here for some r& r and drinks and snacks and food too from their kitchen and relax on the deck! I want to express how clean and charming this place is with their kitchen and dining area also with Salt Life merchandises for your day out on Beach and they have a bait store as well on their pier along with charter boats for deep sea fishing! I know the updated deck will be super exciting to have an extended Tiki bar like atomosperic it's 5 o clock vibe on the bay and maybe they can have a mini venue here with acoustic singers to lighting up the mood after a day of fishing and playing in the bay or beaches of Mexico Beach and Panama City Beach as well especially if you live on the PCB side! Today it will kinda be like an introduction to the Tiki Bar with the Mayor of Parker there for their Shrimp Boil 3-8pm so since I was last minute invited by a few of our local friends that hangouts during Happy Hour and watching sports with karaoke on stage from Cadillac Jack's Saloon down the highways prob 3 miles north into town which they too tonight are having their special event Prom Night tonight and I was also invited to attend a Bonfire after that social event so it will be a full day and night of some fun yet productive events! Not saying I'm a social butterfly more like a dragonfly but I do like to be among good people that are like a 2nd family! I do look forward to being there with everyone after a bit of working and gym time! Happy Saturday and hopefully the rain won't be too much today and this weekend! Ohhh Have You Ever Seen The Rain... Good Song! What a Royal Blessing to have amazing fam and friends after leaving to go live in Fort Walton Beach due to Hurricane Michael destroying our place and now we are back here again to live! We do enjoy PC and honestly the whole South! God Bless America and Be Safe Out There! Yeah since I just became an official American Citizen early this week Tuesday to be exact... just rolled into town from Montgomery, AL where the Southern Hospitality was so much expressed to me there and me getting lost up in the back dirt roads hills... seeing what beauty farm land and gorgeous homes were built and that wide open space of country was a bit teary for me and I so appreciate the land here much more! This place has really turned it up o er the past few years. Several gas pumps, boat slips, bait shop on the water, tiki bar out back, nice drink station, hot food, inside tables, shirts, hats and other convenience store items.
