We didn't use the facilities much but we had a great time in the overnight section. Their bathroom is super clean and the people were friendly enough to us! They also have late night subway and late night taco bell and of course their own convenience stores. It's mid range priced gas but it's not crazy expensive! Defintely would be back 🙂

Came in, was not greeted… the subway with unsanitized server there still had gloves on from previous person and was touching all over stuff. Got upset when I asked him to change out his glove. Need a little bit better customer service. Store was clean though so that’s why I’m giving a three star.

RV fill lanes with water and air. Busy but fairly easy in and out. No specific RV parking. Clean with the smell of cinnabon as you enter. Normal pilot food and coffee offerings. Cashier had a rush of people and called for back up assistance to get folks cashed out. Unfortunately, they ran out of pilot regular coffee and low inventory of creamers. I could only get 1 cup instead of 1 for each of us, but seemed like a morning rush.

I recently visited this gas station and had a positive experience. They offer diesel gas, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of both the restrooms and the store. The snacks available were diverse, and the pumps worked efficiently. Overall, a convenient and well-maintained stop for fuel and essentials.

Horrible customer service, I was asking If I can try a headset before I buy it, the ones they have on display, manager say they don't have the key that I have to buy it first, he did not make eye contact at all. Will give 0 stars but no option for that.

This review is strictly for those anxious semi truck drivers and i removed one star to help illustrate the added challenge of the smaller, tighter lot.

This lot is tighter than what we would desire and especially so if you are in 53'. Pull up farther than normal (maybe 1.5-2 spaces) and put a soft bend in trailer, keep tractor within 1/2 the width of the lot as you keep it parallel with both boundaries as you push it back. Let that little bend propagate till hopefully it is just about perfect and tight to your sightside front of tractor boundary with the hole you are alley docking into and chase the trailer to get back infront of it. Take your time, ask for help and enjoy the added confidence of completing an already difficult task in less than ideal conditions.

For perspective:
The image captured standing on top of trailer of a 72" mid roof sleeper p4 freightliner and 42' insulated tanker and the tandems are fixed in rear...much easier to backup than most trailer combinations; i.e. shorter, very little swing or pivot and we can glean more in mirrors from curved and smaller trailer profile. Make note of all the 53' trailers in the holes...it is possible but the margins are smaller. Peace and long life!

Used the showers and ended up getting injured so that's why I gave it 2 stars. I will say that the manager and staff there handled it very well. Asked if I wanted to do an incident report and I said I didn't really have the time for that, I just wanted to prevent this happening to anyone else. So 5 stars for the employees but 2 stars because they didn't know how to attach a shower head. On the plus side, they have GREAT water pressure!

Paid for a reserve parking on their App early in the afternoon but when pulled in around 6:30 pm, the lot was full. Employee said I should have found a spot first before paying! Unbelievable! They won’t ask non-paying truckers to move out of the pay reserved spots due to safety concerns…
I will mark this Pilot down as a NO GO!
