Can't say I would recommend this store to pin traders looking to grow their collection. Bought a pack that said it came with 10 "official Disney trader pins", a bag, and trading board for $55 and left with 3 official Disney trading pins and, what assume to be, 7 box lunch pins. Per Disney's rules, those are not trade-able. Totally understand what they are going for but feels like a big scam. In fact, the 3 real pins have a "R" sticker on them...which I am assuming means "real". We love supporting small businesses, so this was a big bummer and we are left wishing we spent the $55 dollars at Disney :/

Holy moly this is a Disney pin paradise. All price ranges, very knowledgeable, helpful, and very low key. If you're into Disney pins specifically, you'll spend the better part of 2 hours to run 1st sweep. West of SR 429, on southside of Colonial Drive. Parking available. Clean rest rooms!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Pin HQ today! I was on the hunt for some specific pins (Orange Bird, Boardwalk and Three Caballeros) and I found absolute gems in the store! But I wasn't on my own in my hunt - so many people from the shop from the owner to all staff helped me search high and low for my ISO’s…the customer service was truly remarkable and they really went above and beyond. And in their searches we got to chatting and they were all absolutely lovely and engaging people on a personal level. I felt so welcomed and at home and I just can’t speak highly enough about what an amazing atmosphere they have created. I wish I was local so I could stop in often, but in the meantime I will get my Pin HQ fix via WhatNot (seriously - check them out there too!)

I have been to Pin HQ a handful of times both in their old and new location. I love the spacious new location. I am already a fan, but felt the need to write this review related to my recent customer service experience. I reached out to them on Instagram and asked about exchanging my sling portfolio I had gotten back in November. I had not used it yet and realized it had some defects, logo bleeding onto plastic. I had went to use it recently and wanted to display pins in the front window. With the bleeding of the logo, it made my pins look bad.. Knowing it had been a while, I wasn’t sure if they would work with me, but I thought it didn’t hurt to try. After a little bit of discussion they were willing to exchange it for me. I was very grateful for that as it had been a while and was not sure they would to do that. This shows their Excellent customer service in my opinion. Yesterday I went into the store to do the exchange and it was easy. I also received great help from Alex looking at and finding Tigger pins. Thank you Pin HQ!
