Asked an associate for a product. She tried but was unable to find it. She apologized and said she'd been there only a week. She did right and asked the manager. This is where it went wrong. Manager did not recognize the cream for chaffing , asked for a picture of product, and said without a picture she could not help me and walked away. Manager's customer service took less than 30 seconds. So, I LOOKED UP the product in Walgreens site, asked second associate (coincidence...she just happened to be there) where the cortisone and feet products were. She pointed me in the right direction, I paid, and I was out the door in seconds. NO PROBLEM, ms. manager. Thank you very much to both associates who were MUCH helped and acted than the manager.

Love this Sprouts Supermarket always has what I need and what I don't need. Great meats and seafood. There is a Sprouts closer to me but I love the one on Military worth the the drive

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and also the professionalism of the employees very courteous and knowledgeable staff. My first experience was great I will continue to visit this store in the the future. This store is my preferred choice for everything I need. I never been treated like I'm important before till today visiting this establishment. I'm now hooked to continue my future shopping experience with sprouts. These guy are on point shopping should not be difficult it should be enjoyable which I have experienced today.thanks to the many personal. I want to say that you guys and gals have have changed my mind about shopping which should be a good experience.
