I was just at PINK Store at Downey with my mom. My mom bought 3 gift cards and asked the associated for a big paper bag to put all the small bags that we had from Victoria secret and PINK. The associated refused to to give us a paper bag. She insisted she had to called the manager to asked for permission. It was just a paper bag. The manager came like 5 minutes later and give us the paper bag. The girls working behind the registry were making a big deal. They didn't want to give us a paper bag. My mom just spent more than $300 dollar in gift cards. Cashier number from PINK 6057937

Walked in and out in less than 15 minutes almost no wait in line!!

Given this store is always soo busy i felt it was really clean the drawers werent all stuffed nothing on the floor.

I rated this store a two due to the customer service I received, I did not like the fact that I was racial profiled and judged. They assumed I did not speak english. The customers that looked like english speakers were treated and informed about the specials in the store. While I had to read the little displays they had and was pretty much ignored by the staff. After I purchased 200 dollars worth of clothes and underwear they stared at me and walked towards me while I left. They made me feel horrible.

Pink the sizes to be. Most times its hard to find xs sizes. Pink knows they sell a lot but yet they don't order enough of the most popular items. I only was able to buy two items, had they had the right sizes I would have bought a lot more. Sorry pink I wasn't pink that day I was 🙁 disappointed. Maybe next year.

This location is a disaster! It is so messy and the worst thing is the service. Such terrible service, an employee was extremely rude to me and another customer that asked a simple question. She gave attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. I didn’t get her name but she is pregnant. Terrible customer service.

The cashier# 3154785 is so rude. Answers your questions with an attitude. Cant believe she asked me for my I.D with a $2 purchase. She said its the policy i have been to plenty of pink stores and i only show my I.D when i purchase over $50. So for my purchase it wasn't necessary so no I.D i couldn't use my Angel Card so Fckn ridiculous.
