I brought in two bags of clothes mostly brand new with the tags on and they didn’t take ONE thing!!!!! Including VS bras etc. the girl on the phone said they are accepting everything. They when they refused our stuff and said they’re only taking teen casual. Not to mention the stuff they have on the shelves is horrible quality, and the stuff I brought it was brand new. Don’t waste your time and I’m not gonna be buying from them either. I suggest you do the same.

First and foremost rude, arrogant, young (inept in this case) girls representing this store. Can't even have the common courtesy to hold a door open for a customer when they see the customer is struggling with a heavy bin. Not even a hello, how are you, have a nice day, thank you or an acknowledging smile. Never have I entered a store and felt so unwelcome and that I was an inconvenience. If I could give 0 stars, that would be more appropriate.

I brought in a brand new casetify $70 phone case That was never used because I got the wrong size and was unable to return One of the employees was messing with it and broken in half then proceeded to lie about clearly breaking it. She was so disrespectful and when confronted lied, and then I came in another day to bring clothes several of which worn once in good condition along with a new Kendra Scott necklace and she was there and proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t accept anything due to horrible condition which is clearly not true very unsatisfied Extremely disrespectful employees.

3/8 at 1:40pm drove all the way over here 45 min away just to see a handwritten sign on the door stating they were closed. And they’re not even buying clothes there.

Shopped here several times. One thing I’ve noticed about all Plato’s closet locations is that they employ high school aged children- that’s great. But they’re usually adamant on ignoring your presence and have their heads buried in their phones- rarely does anyone greet you when you walk into a Plato’s closet.

Another mystery to me is where they actually get inventory- I think everyone who’s gone to Plato’s to sell garbage bags full of barely worn name brand clothing has gone through the notorious selectivity of Plato’s….when they tell you “out of the 50 items you dropped off we can offer you $10 for 3 items”….its dumbfounding every time. Just came here recently and dropped off a pair of Nike huraches that were worn probably 2-3 times…they offered $10! 🤔 They’d sell on eBay for at least $60.

Not to mention they normally have strict requirements on clothes they will even accept to look at. Such as freshly laundered- free of wrinkles- neatly folded- in a basket, etc. Yet every time they return my bag/basket…the clothes are just tossed back inside. Why should I have to go through such effort when they return the clothes in such a condition?

i’ve had nothing but great experiences every time i come in here. the employees who work here are very welcoming as soon as i walk in the door. the store is very organized and clean and it’s very easy to find whatever i’m looking for at a reasonable price! one of the employees, jamie has helped me multiple times finding cute clothes, giving opinions, and has done a few of my buys. she is just amazing!! they have always been so great doing buys on my stuff! give this place a go, if you are looking for cute/stylish clothes or selling clothes in a positive atmosphere!!!

Very clean and kept up location. Great prices for good clothes. Very sweet staff. Definitely a go to for thrift shopping for women’s YA clothing.
