I've been shopping and donating there & 3 other locations for several years and have even bragged about how well organized, accurate, neat & clean & friendly they USED TO BE!! Well, not any more!! The clothes are so jammed packed that it's a work out just to try to see what's there! And then... there are so many wrong sizes that I just gave up! I used to spend at least an hour in there but today, maybe 20 minutes of nothing but frustration! It felt worse than the worst thrift store i had ever been in! Then the "clerks or cashiers" behind the desk laughed about how it wasn't their fault & how they've been complaining too! Anyhow, I won't be back!

Teenagers working here. Clean clothes on the rack, tiny isles. There are treasures if you look closely. Found a few brandnane items. Most are girls' clothes. Good treasurer hunt and money saved.

They cheat you out of so much money. Dropped off brand new clothing/shoes , watched them put them on the shelf with a high price tag and proceeded to give me $40 for two massive bags of items. People are rude and disrespectful, never going here again.

Decent little store. Kept pretty neat but not a lot of the brands I was looking for. Girls were friendly enough if you interact with them but they definitely don't welcome you to the store which would be nice, but they were steady busy putting out new product. I'd go back again if in the area.

Great place to find quality, name brand, gently worn, reasonably-priced clothing and shoes for guys and gals. You'll find athletic-wear, casual, and dressy styles. There are several fitting rooms. They have a few smaller items such as jewelry, wallets, handbags, and belts. Impossible to come out empty-handed. (They'll also pay you for your gently worn clothing--that's how they keep the store stocked with good stuff). The more you shop, the more discounts come your way!

I wouldn't give the young ladies that work at this location a job washing my dog and i own 2 local businesses so i understand customer service can be challenging! They are plane rude. I'm embarrassed for them it was so bad. Came with my teen daughter to look around. She decided on a few pairs of shorts. We waited in line for a dressing room only to realize they were being used by the employees. One of these little girls comes out and says "add this to my pile. I'm buying all this on Friday when I get paid" Don't come here if you are looking for an enjoyable relaxing shopping experience.

First time stopping in. I got 8 shirts, a pair of jeans, vans, and boots for $130. Seemed to have a good range of sizes, though more women's clothing than men's. The ladies behind the counter were nice. Some prices were a bit more than I wanted to pay for secondhand clothes, but to be honest, they were still cheaper than Goodwill down the street.
