I'm convinced that this location is racially biased towards their customers. Today I brought in two clean pairs of Jordan's(4's & 1's)and a fresh pair of all white low top Air Force 1's WITH THE BOX,3 name brand jackets and they literally passed on EVERYTHING! Lol.

Only reason I tried Platoes is because I wear name brand and designer brand clothing, that I feel is too good for the Salvation army/Goodwill but nonetheless
Black people, DO NOT COME HERE! They will not buy ANYTHING from you.

Super lazy workers. I brought in so much from Uggs and nice brand new boots to all kinds of nice winter stuff with tags and they didn’t take a piece!! Not one. I’m convinced they do not even look at them

Brought 3 purses and got $5 mind you brand new juicy couture and true religion,one purse they didn’t except because of the “style” plato’s has became a joke this isn’t my first time with making no money im done going back just to leave with chump change

Bought in 3 pairs of jeans and 2 pair of shirts from fashion nova tag on still and said it smell like laundry hmmm questionable they never went thru my things it was the same way i put it in the container waste of time.

Don’t bother, brought in a brand new viori long sleeve and Columbia Patagonia vest $200 retail never worn with tags on and offered me $13.80 both bought in the last 6 months, what a joke

Staff was super helpful, but I was accidentally charged for an item I did not buy. They refunded me fast, so not a huge issue. Selection isn't spectacular, but managed to find 3 okay items. Some items on the floor had stains or warping of the collar. Overall not bad but shop carefully

Brand name clothes, shoes, and accessories that are gently worn and way more affordable. Also, the staff has always been super friendly and helpful every time I've visited the Chenal Parkway location in West Little Rock.

Brought a 3 pair of shoes there earlier, one Jordan 11 Bred, Jordan 8 and a Limited edition Nike KD shoes all leather all in very decent condition and clean, they can sell it easy at $50 to $75 each.. but the girl offered me $40 for all of the 3 pair shoes! ?
I think shes lost or don't know about shoes that much. Yah guys are low balling customers!
