This place is amazing. The customer service is absolutely the BEST Justin helped me throughout the store to find Halloween costumes for hours, Claribel helped my husband pick out his perfect size and Gabe helped us in the Adult boutique side of the store. They all helped us so much especially since we were so shy. 10/10 recommend

Danny THANK YOU! This is my second time purchasing a ‘personal item’ lol, and if it weren’t for Danny, I probably would’ve left there confused, with something I wouldn’t enjoy, or with nothing at all. He remembered me from months ago and has such an amazing aura. I have to say probably the best customer service I’ve ever received in my 42 years of life. I got to the store 8 minutes before they close to buy a pair of boots and the employee was rushing us to pick which of the two types of boots we had, apparently because the system were about to shut down. Unfortunately due to the time and the rush my girlfriend did not have the enough time to try it.

When my girlfriend tried the boot at home she did not feel comfortable with it and called the store and explained the two employees the situation and asked to speak with the owner and they hanged up the phone on me.
Basically both employees that are working today Friday February 7, 2025 did that to me when as a customer requested to speak with the owner.

I went there today hoping to find a pair of tall boots for my Halloween Costume. I had never come across a more helpful, efficient and dedicated individual as I did earlier this afternoon. I had the privilege to meet Stephanie who spent about 15-20 minutes in the stockroom looking for a size 12 boot in all of the styles. Although she was unsuccessful, she proved to me that great customer service still exists. THANK YOU AGAIN, Stephanie.

The super flamboyant manager after shopping at the location several times after the fact :,D rudely snatched my purchase away in a way that hurt my wrist and was extremely patronizing in his ethics I’m not responsible for anything anyone does wrong in a store which was a friend and the incident happend over a year ago then proceeds to tell my boyfriend who has nothing to do with said situation to come back without me to make the purchase and then make them drive drop me off and came back for no reason wasting gas time and lying he still refused To sell because of his personal feelings you leave feelings at home you don’t bring your emotions to work you leave that shit at home as he said he was sadly “very very insulted” no discretion no professionalism and I had already had been made several times WITH my discount since then haha he might need to start using the products he sells to ease up a bit 😉
