Kimberly Andrews does the best services!! I have been going to her at Plaza 131 for YEARS ...She does the most amazing facials & massages..I've done the European facial with a very nice super relaxing massage to the Dermaplane facial that smooths and resurfaces my skin and as a bonus it rids me of any facial hair makes my face feel smooth like a newborn babies skin! The shopping here is always great too! Always something cute and new to see and buy ...Love it at Plaza 131!!

Lena is a red hair genius. I walked in one day looking for someone that specialized in red. She found a spot for me on her book and I’m not looking back. She’s such a joy to chat with, she’s professional, Uber talented, friendly, and efficient. She’s excellent with her consultation with me and I always feel like she gets what I’m trying to say. I have super thick hair and she knew exactly what to do to make it feel lighter but still look really cute after. I’ve only seen her twice but both times have been amazing and I can’t wait for next time!!

Wildly inappropriate of an employee here. As a local I expected more from them as people.. mocking me for doing biohazard clean up by asking me, after telling me to carry on with my day, which I did. Asking me if I clean up male semen is wildly inappropriate and hope this is a lesson learned from. I’m sure the business will handle them accordingly for carry themselves in such way for thousands to see online. Over a simple disagreement that OSHA regulate everyone. Tisk Tisk.

The biggest and the best! Best salon, so many wonderful people, they have it all, hair skim nails lashes massage, heath and wellness, tanning, beautiful clothes, shoes purses, accessories and friendly staff! Perfect place to get all your beauty needs done! Love it!

I let myself be guided by the good reviews of other people towards Terra and I made my appointment with her. I sent him messages two days before to ask for the address to which she never answered. I drove 1 hour and hit traffic, I told her 30 minutes before I arrived that I was going to be 10 minutes late. at 11:11 she sent a message saying that if I arrived after 11:15 she would not attend me (if you are a professional you have to tell your clients that) I arrived at the door exactly at 11:15 to which she said he couldn't help me. the truth is she is not professional with her work terrible service

Clothing:
The owner (Kama) and others who work there, ask what you are looking for, and if you need help, they assist you. A fun place to shop. I went two days in a row (I was so impressed by their enthusiasm to help me find what I needed for Christmas presents). Nothing worse than department stores who never offer to help you find Anything. Plaza131 has beautiful clothes and is affordable. Take time to enjoy the store and then get your nails done. Enjoy!
