I go regularly because the money orders at Vons are still only ninety-nine cents, but there are other great places nearby. It is located in a residential area with schools, so it feels relatively safe for a senior citizen like myself!

I have been grocery shopping at this Vons. since 1997 and everybody is always sweet and kind. But today I forgot my card and the manager or manager's assistant, I don't know which one he was, Robert was his name. I forgot one of my debit cards to pay for 1 of my transactions and I was going to have them hold my groceries while run home cause I just lived down the street but Robert offered to pay the remainder it wasn't a lot but it was just the gesture I felt so bad but I just needed to shout him out because that was such a nice nice thing he did for me. That's never happened where I forget my card but it was so incredibly nice of him. This it's wonderful that we have people in the world like Robert and I will be paying it forward thank you Robert. Happy Father's day!

Vons no longer treats their customers fairly. I have shopped in that store for over 30 years and never a problem. In the last 3 months I have been harassed twice once by the manager and once by a checker. Seriously, considering no longer shopping there or at any of there affiliates. Sent email to Corporate and they never bothered to respond. Plenty of independent stores with better produce and better service.
