After pulling into this town to get gas at Casey’s gas station that had a GIANT boulder you cannot see buried along their driveway that goes the wrong direction, I had some bad luck, hit the rock and was stopped dead in my tracks and ended up with a flat tire, bent wheel, and some bent suspension on my truck headed to a funeral from texas to Illinois and ended up here. From the time I called Steve, I knew this was a different tire shop that provided me extra services like sending an employee over to me because my truck is lifted and my stock jack wouldn’t jack my truck up. So he sent an employee over to help me jack the truck up and even helped me get my spare tire on. I had no choice but to leave my truck here (and pulled it inside at night) while I attended the funeral after getting a rental. Steve allowed me to keep my truck at his shop while they carefully looked at it until I got back a few days later. While I was in Illinois, Steve located the wheel to replace my bent rim. He got my tire mounted back on the new wheel. Unfortunately, my truck has some bent parts on my lift kit and I was not able to drive it back to Texas so I had to leave it with Steve again. He went over the top to try his best to help me while I was there as well. He and his crew were so nice and personable. Two days later, I am headed back with a car hauler to pick my truck up. He charged me so little, I asked him to charge me more but he said no that’s enough. Anyways, I let him know if his tire shop was near me, he would have all of me and our companies business. Amazing experience after a tough situation. God definatly put me in his shop and I highly suggest this place. Thanks again Steve!

On the way to work something hit my tire and I had a low tire pressure warning. As soon as I got to Searcy, I pulled into Plaza tired before work. It wasn’t flat yet! They were very friendly, non-intimidating, and asked what I needed. I told them I could leave the car and come back after work. Amazingly, they offered to take a quick peak right away. They were able to ply it for under $30! I felt comfortable there and would use them again! Thank you so much for your attentiveness!

Absolutely fantastic service. Hands down best shop in Arkansas to get suspension/wheel/tire work done. These guys went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my new 35x12.5 nitto ridge grapplers. I’ll be back!

Blew a tire on the highway and these guys had me fixed up in a short time. Not finding a roadside assistance with my tire size I decided to call and they immediately sent a guy out. Took my tire back to their shop, swapped it and brought it back. Brandon was quick, great to work with and did a great job. Very much appreciated.

After I ran into a snag at home during a brake pad change, I had to contact a local shop for help. Thank goodness for the fine folks at Plaza Tire Service Searcy! I was able to get a quick appointment on their website, they were very friendly and helpful, and prices were much less than expected. They answered all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. Yup my friends, this is my new go to shop in my home town!

I had an entire brake job done back in May and had to return it with less than 1500 miles driven because the brake fluid was leaking from my vehicle. Almost had a wreck with my son because he first noticed the brakes were mushy to the floor. Then the day I drove it back to the shop on a rainy to have them check it, I almost wrecked in the intersection off exit 46. After I got it returned the owner stated they didn’t touch the brake lines with fluids even after I showed the receipt. He later had to check his records and apologized for assuming it wasn’t done. Even though I showed him my receipt that he didn’t review. No apologies for the job being done incorrectly, no partial refund for the poor repair nor my time. After it was all said and done he offered a free oil change. I actually been to this place since being stationed in this area but after this interaction I am done with this establishment. Poor service, slow times and poor management. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT! If you come here, I suggest you don’t.

Plaza Tire Service in Searcy is awesome! I felt welcome and appreciated by their employees. They replaced a valve stem on my tire and it was done professionally and in a timely manor. I couldn't be more satisfied with their employees, service and price! I will definitely be referring people to them and will definitely be returning to their business in the future. So thankful to have a business like this in Searcy.
