Great headshop, They got big pipes, little pipes, fat pipes, skinny pipes and a couple MONSTER pipes etc..she was nervous at first, but as soon as she saw what was there, she dove head first!! Friendly staff, and a very friendly cliental it's almost as if they've never seen a Red 'head' give ....

Been in there a couple of times, even watched some video. Very nice and air conditioned. Pleasant atmosphere. Staff very helpful. Wide selections of items along with clean and tidy video booths. Would be great improvement if refreshments were offered. Thank you

After my third experience here a review is a must.

First time I came to purchase toys for my gf and I, the staff was very helpful and offered to pull things out to let us see how anything felt or worked. I looked up a few items for details and noticed quite the mark up in price but thought hey I'm paying for convenience and service.

Second store visit was for a water pipe and some cleaner, good prices on glass but they do not vary the parts to fit the glass they sell so if a down stem or bowl piece breaks you are SOL.

Third visit i purchased some tattoo supplies to replace/ finish parts of my set up at home. After $130 for power supply, clip cord, and gun ( also huge mark up for brands they carry) i get home to find the power supply does not work and is falling apart. I purchased these yesterday, and came in promptly today looking to exchange the power supply for another one they have in stock (an even cheaper one), after they told me they were going to iwe me $10 i said i would get a new foot pedal and pay any difference so they didn't owe me anything. After this process was almost complete, they were told they could not do it. After pleading with the staff in the store they called a manager who actually sold me the product and remembers doing so, just to be told no once again. They ALSO OVER charged me for 2 practice skins ( tag says $3.99 ea, i was charged $8.99 ea) and the clip cord i purchased does not have the gun connection it shows in the photo. Extremely disappointed in the products and the lack of attempt in making this right.

I have spend over $400 at this store in my three visits and was looking to do a $30 to $20 item exchange within 24 hours of my purchase. This is just poor customer service and in my opinion bad business and that is why I will not be returning

People are really nice at the counter pretty decent selection of toys magazines and such. . arcade was clean' n private. Unless you want to be watched thru a hole.. had A-blast"..... Stopped by again love this Arcade clean just the right lighting and I always get serviced great

I was traveling from Nevada and seen the sign. Very unique ran adult store. They have a wonderful assortment of adult pleasure products. The video rooms are very well kept and it has a peacefulness about it that hopes you pass by soon. Thank you women at the counter. They are very pleasant.

I purchased an item inwhich was suggested to me by the person working behind the counter. I paid $100.99 plus tax. I used the item one time, it was making way too much noise from the start. 20minutes into using this toy the noise got much worse and the vibration stopped completely. The next day I called the store and was told to contact the manufacturer that there was nothing they could or would do. Only there is no warranty info inside the box, infact the papers inside the box don’t even seem to belong to this item…?! I have my sales receipt… on the outside of the box it says that there is a one year warranty… I went online, all I was able to do was a google search, I searched the info found on the box. I was redirected to another site where I submitted a request only I do not have the info needed to register the product, I haven’t heard anything back… I’m going to contact the store again now…
