I recently visited Poor Little Rich Girl and was blown away by the best selection of clothes, nicest staff, and great atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcomed into a stylish and inviting store.

The staff at Poor Little Rich Girl were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me with my shopping. They were knowledgeable about the products and gave me great recommendations.

But the real standout of this store was the selection of clothes. They have a wide range of high-quality brands and styles at affordable prices. I was able to find everything I needed, and the staff helped me locate hard-to-find items.

I also appreciated the atmosphere of the store. It was clean and well-maintained, and the decor was stylish and on-trend. It was a pleasure to shop in this store.

Overall, I would highly recommend Poor Little Rich Girl for their excellent selection of clothes and top-notch shopping experience. The nicest staff and great atmosphere set this store apart from others in the area. Thank you, Poor Little Rich Girl, for a truly enjoyable shopping trip.

If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all. Let the review speak for how I was treated in the end by the owners. I was treated and dismissed in an unprofessional manner. Rather than approaching the situation like an adult I was slighted, ignored and treated like I was an extra in Mean Girls.
The regular associates were a gem. They were blessing to work with and I will miss them dearly.

I went in to sell a few things, and although they said they will buy whenever they’re open, the person working said they weren’t buying today and to come back Tuesday. The website also made it sound like they buy items outright, but I was told when I went in that it’s all consignment.

I also don’t believe that the contract they give is really a good idea for anyone considering consignment. If you’re consigning, I suggest you read the contract really well before leaving your items. At 25-30%, they are the lowest percentage payout I’ve seen in town. When the website says what they are ‘buying’ it kind of makes me shake my head because I was told when I went in that there was no direct buying, and everything was done under consignment. Even then, if the items don’t sell within 60 days, the company keeps the items and if they sell they keep all the money from that as well. 60 days is an extremely short time for that kind of turnaround. They also will not give any items back before the 60 days are up if they’re priced at less than $75. After 10 days they can lower the price at their discretion, so even if it starts at $75, it may not end there. I know that donating items after a certain period of time is common practice in this industry, but I’m not sure why so many people agree to it.

I did like the layout of the store, it was done extremely well, and it had a small boutique feel. Everything I saw was in extremely good condition, and very clean. The nice thing about the store being small was that there was care in the placement of every item, and it wasn’t so cluttered that items would get lost or destroyed by the customers before they were sold.

Both good and not-so-good, I am undecided about how I feel about this one.

My wife thought this might be worth checking out since it is next door to an amazing men's second shop but was disappointed in the offering and service. Some of this might be from a disconnect with the salesperson.

If you want stained, ripped, unwashed/ smelly lulu and dated styles mixed in with non authentic bags then this is your spot! The store is dusty and the windows/ doors are filthy. So come the dim lighting and odd smells and stay for all the energy vampires who work and shop there?

My 1st time visiting Phoenix from TX. And Poor Little Rich Girl blew my mind. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Boutique had super cute decor. They had many beautiful pieces to choose from. I will definitely be back when I visit Phoenix again.

I came here after complimenting my neighbor’s Mother jeans. She said she got them here. I just moved here and was looking for a second hand store to sell too.
Normally with second hand stores like this I just sell my items and leave without shopping but I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of brands I love. I sold 8 items and left with a Paige dress, For Love & Lemons sweater and $21. I also tried on a few Reformation items.
I do wish a little more was offered for the cash out option. But considering I actually like shopping here the 50% store credit option is good too.

I always love stopping by this shop! The employees are always so warm and accommodating! It is great because there is always a steady flow of new and cute items being put out so you can see new things each visit. I stop here at least once a week lol 10/10 recommend!
