Great gift items, fragrances for people and the home in all sorts of ways (perfume, lotion, diffusers) and lovely jewelry in all price points. One of my local faves!

Worst owner. She’s always drunk when my wife goes there to purchase anything!

If you have tattoos, don’t go in this shop. The owner was extremely rude to my friend who has tattoos and looked her up and down like she was beneath her. It’s a shop that needs a decor update and she doesn’t need to be so rude. Buy your gifts online and give this place a miss.

Customer service is awful. I called to ask a simple question and the recipient said “Oh my god you’re goanna do this to me at our busiest time while I have four people in front of me in line? You’re out of your mind.” She then went on to have a multi-minute tangent about her bad day. I understand some people are going through it but I did not feel valued as a customer as she completely spewed her baggage onto me when she simply could’ve answered the one word questions and bid me goodbye. There could possibly be other better staff at this location but this person soured my image of this business. Would not recommend or go back.

Hello Mindy. My name is Trena Nosler. A local Arkansan resident, Franchise owner of 14 years in Little Rock and of 5 years in Rogers Arkansas, a sales agent helping many local businesses and a current foster mother of Arkansas neglected youth.

My husband, myself and family have been previous customers. We have enjoyed shopping for beautiful pens to which we collect, gorgeous flame starters, fragrance and more. Today during a rush to shop for youth in Arkansas states care, we needed a partners card. As a previous customer, my husband ran into your boutique. I understand the frustration you expressed of selling parner cards to someone not making a purchase. Such a shame as we know most owner operators of local businesses are excited to be just a very smal part of an outstanding non profit fundraiser. However, your staff while kind, was untrained, did not ask if we were making a purchase or had made previous purchases. She simply ran the transaction for said partners card and once needeing management support, she phoned you.

Let me be clear that as a multi franchise owner and small business owner as well; I understand the profit and loss frustration; in particular with credit card agreements. However your discussion with employee was unprofessional, rude and I am honestly embarrassed that anyone heard you. You were on speaker phone the start to finish of call. Once the call continued and such unprofessionalism and rudeness by yourself was displayed, this call began being recorded. I am sure you have surveillance as well and suggest you take a moment to replay.

While I am letting this sink in and trying to grasp what we just experienced, i can assure the disappointment is beyond business ownership and purely humanity disappointment. I hope your day gets better. We are off to celebrate the new shoes of some great foster children. Be well.

Called and asked to speak with the owner or general manager, and was told good luck. Figuring they were just hard to get a hold of or maybe just busy at the moment. So I asked when would be a good time, at that point I was hollered at on the phone and told this.... "Because I dont hand the damn phone over until I know who is calling and what the hell they want" and then silence, I was hung up on. I have never received this treatment on a phone call or have I ever received this treatment in person. I believe I would pass on this establishment, because if that is the way they treat people on the phone, I wouldn't want to hazard a guess how you would be treated in person.

The woman that runs this place is absolutely vile. Judges everyone, makes rude remarks, and is incredibly uptight. Plus this store only carry’s incredibly basic options such as Creed and Parfums de Marly that can be bought at most major retailers. This lady wears a permanent look of disgust on her face even with botox. Just go to Bloomingdales for the same options.
