I was in a hurry for "what I thought was important, " paint that they don't stock, or even sale, for that matter. Though upon him realizing that he wasn't going to be able to help me. He directed me to be the precise place I needed to be. And I completely respect any company, "which is rare," that will send you to the best place for your needs. To me, that was quality customer service. And I really want PPG to know how much I appreciate being there to help me when you could have just nicely done what so many companies customer service would have. Which would only meant that the day before Thanksgiving, I wouldn't have been able to complete the job I was literally just about finished doing when I took my eyes off and in that blink if it wasn't for their suggestion I would have probably lost a customer.

I can't say enough about the two gentlemen (James & Tom?) that were working President's Day. What was a normal trip to quickly purchase paint, turned into a nightmare upon discovering the old paint can that I was going to match had turned over in my husband's newer car and spilled all over his rear seat. These two sprung into action without hesitation and helped clean up most of the wet paint. Their kindness and compassion were needed at a moment when I struggled to gain composure. Thank you guys for going above and beyond to help make the best of this situation. It's rare to see customer service at that level these days.
