The experience here was great, and I was happy to be assisted by people who were knowledgeable on the product. But as a first time shopper of Prada, having the cashier drop my items, rip the shoe box and then throw one of the shoes on top of the counter! This was the very last pair of shoes in my size in the state, and having this one reckless employee damage them after I didn't even get to pay for them really annoyed the hell out of me. Try shopping elsewhere if you want your items handled with care.

1. The Security greeted us and was talking to us more than natural associates
2. The cashier told me that I could not return since I’m paying with cash. I’m only eligible for exchange.( lies ) I’ve worked in retail and been a manager my whole life anybody is eligible for return with cash with the receipt, spewing ignorance because she’s so worried about her commission
3. I get home and see the wallet that I originally wanted with red interior was fully swapped for one I never said I wanted. I’m so pissed off knowing that I’m three hours away and it’s not easy for me just to drive there will never come to the outlets again .

Nice Prada Store for an Outlets Store. Probably the best Luxury Store in the Desert Hills Premium Outlets. Very big and spacious. They take your temperature when you get in. There was a line about 20 minute's. Limited capacity because of social distancing. Very nice clothes and bags at this Prada Store that we found. Worth the visit. We got our shopping fix.

The customer service was very mid. You can tell that the employees pretending to be nice. It’s a little uncomfortable. The store is very big. There are so many things to look at. However, the current style is a bit…messy. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures inside but the bags are a little big for my taste. There’s also muimui inside.

This store is that, and so much more. My advice is to come here as early as possible to have the best selection around. Usually by the midday the good sizes have been taken. The selection of the items is plentiful as well as diverse. There is always good sales going on.
