I am floored by the positive reviews on here. The staff here were the rudest people I have ever met. The worst customer service ever and the equipment was dirty and beyond old.

I've been using this facility for a while now and never had a problem until the guy that usually handled my payments quit. I put my money order in the drop box this month and was told that my money order wasn't in there. I ended up having to pay for the unit twice including a late fee which I've never gotten before. I don't have $106 to give away. I feel horrible that someone would do people that way, but it will catch up to them in the end.

Awesome customer service! Tina and the staff here really go above and beyond for customers. My husband accidentally left his phone in a uhaul we rented and they came in on their day off over a holiday weekend to help him get his phone back. We highly recommend them.

I have been using this Storage site for years, now. Tina is Wonderful and such a Blessing as she reminds me when I will need to pay my Storage dues to avoid any additional charges, monthly. I feel safe inside the gated units, too.

The ladies at the store were friendly and helpful.
They even went above and beyond ,to get my money back due to not being able to use the trailer I had rented.
They tried to find / locate another trailer , option for me.
