No parking inside. You need to park out side on street or park 25 miles away pilot or love.
They take only as appointment time. Unloading is fast. Less than 1 hour they will unload you. No restrooms. All over good experience. Lady was on check-in very nice.

I came in looking for a particular item and the staff asked if I needed assistance when I entered so I let them know what I was looking for. The gentleman asked the gal on the computer for the location and then he walked me to it ensuring I got what I needed. Last fella at the checkout was also very friendly. Did not have a simple grinding wheel for metal would be a standard type of item to have quantity of in a hardware store. Employee was nice and wanted to send me to Harbor Freight. Had to go to H.Depot.
