I absolutely adore this shop. It transforms you from the moment you walk in. You begin to see all the treasures it holds in your own home. It's decor takes you from "I want to I need" with how beautifully everything is placed. But it's not just the shop itself, I had the pleasure of meeting the owners this weekend and was blown away by their friendliness and overall kindness. The passion for their shop was undeniable. This was beyond customer service, this is what all business owners should strive for. I left the shop with such a feeling of fulfillment. I know I will be back to shop again and until I am able to get back, they have just launched their website. What an incredible experience with pretties and most of all grace.

I stopped by the store days ago to just take a quick peek inside a few days ago. I spoke at length with the cashier Kenley who didn’t sell me one item. As a matter fact, she didn’t make a sale with me at all… she let me know what I needed was not presently in stock at this store. But, she wouldn’t let me leave…

She asked me to wait while she searched using her personal phone for the exact item I needed, found what I needed, explained how it worked per my needs, then wrote down where I could find it, and the name I would need to put in so I would not get bombarded with too much information.

Kenley told me she is pursuing a career in nursing…. I told her only someone who has Empathy, not sympathy, can even think about a career in nursing. She obviously felt my frustration with conglomerate stores pushing too much information when someone puts a few words in their search, and gets bombarded with too many choices.

Today I dropped in and spoke with Cindy the store manager who listened to the customer, like Kenley. She agreed there is no way to know exactly how they can improve on their customer service with each of their customers taken time to put a review on places like this.

This is definitely a place that you want to go to if you have that special someone that you’re looking for something to get them specials there are more of a faith-based person. Terri, THX for employing these 2 people. They are working hard at making you money… GRT customer service!

Don’t let the outside for you. It's not on the same path as the other stores. It’s kind of sitting to the side from all the other strip mall stores are at, but definitely worth going the trip to “Amazing” Pretties & Grace!
