A great place to find old school mtg (in store only, you can’t find online). Really great owners, the space is clean, bright (but not obnoxious), stocked well, and the seating area is perfect when you feel like jamming in a store. I don’t usually play in a store, but if you want join a tournament or you like that atmosphere, this us a great place to do it. For those who aren’t magic nerds, the store also has plenty of table top games to indulge in as well.

If you don’t play old school (which should be at a bar ?) then make sure to support your local game stores!

Aaaalllso, right across the street from Dutch Bros, so you can have your coffee and cards all at the same time lol.

The prices of cards is usually similar to typical market price you see on the internet, but that is not really the issue.

There is this old man who is clearly playing "favorites", spending more time with the guys he "vibes" with more than me even though I came first to the counter and have done nothing wrong to him. He was significantly nicer to my wife and her requests even though I was the one paying!

I was a repeat customer, so I do know what the store and seller is really like, and let me tell you, he will disgruntle if he has to check the pricing for cards again for whatever reason; faults on him for not listing the name of the cards with their associated price when doing calculation before check-out.

His unprofessionalism is what made me avoid the store with a 10-foot pole.

I'm visiting Arizona from across the country and stopped by for some MTG packs, and have a great experience. Everything is so organized and clean, the stock of cards is massive, and best of all the worker who helped me went out of his way for me! 10/10 would recommend, and I'll be back before I leave the state!

One of the best places around to get Pokémon cards!! They always have the ones we are searching for as well as a large selection of rare cards and some sealed products. The staff are nice and their trade-in rate is very competitive!

A little overpriced. Seems like they were checking prices on ETBs from TCG Player before telling me how much it was. I understand this for vintage ETBs but I was asking for current set prices. For individual cards this makes sense as the second hand market fluctuates, but not on current sealed products. They have price tags on all their cards which is a bad practice as a lot of their prices are old and some of these cards were very overpriced compared to current prices. The staff were really nice and attentive. I would just suggest knowing card prices before you enter and maybe try to get them to negotiate.

Awesome shop in the heart of Tempe with tons of Commander, Legacy, Modern and Old School staples for Magic: The Gathering, plus all the sleeves, deck boxes, etc. Also a great assortment of board games and plenty of space to play.

My partner found this card store and went back the second time. Ended up buying evolving skies and opening them in the store. Much to our surprise, the co-owner joined us and started opening some as well.
We had a great time.. this is customer service at its BEST!!

First time visiting the shop today, staff was super helpful and friendly. The owner was also working who I met and worked out a nice high value trade with me, didn’t low ball me and gave me good value plus cracked a few jokes which I appreciated. No dingy game store vibes but also no stoic corporate vibes. Cool shop overall and I’ll definitely be back.
