Super cute store and friendly staff as well. However, I feel misled in a purchase I made of almost $400 last week. I was on the fence about an outfit in their store. I let the sales associate know that I had placed an order online that I wasn’t sure would make it in time for an upcoming event which was why I came in to see what they had. She let me know that they offered a 14-day return policy in case I changed my mind. She didn’t mention that this would only be for store credit or exchange. I would have never made this purchase if I knew a return wouldn’t be fully refunded.

I wish my overall experience was better. I‘m local to Pleasanton and have nothing negative to say about their staff or store as my experience outside of this has been very pleasant. However, this specific incident left a bad taste in my mouth 😬 Hoping that this policy is updated or at least verbalized when other shoppers are on-the-fence regarding a potential purchase!

What a wonderful boutique, I was shopping with my sister a few weekends ago and we found this place between our Mother's Day sister lunch. I spotted a gorgeous wine colored dress. My sister tried it on and she bought it. It was marked down quite a bit to $30. All the employees were genuinely friendly and helpful. As we were leaving I thought to myself who else would like this dress? My friend Rene. I called the next day and asked Tatyana if she could find that dress because I knew there was only one more size small left. She found it and I purchased over the phone. It was that simple. Tatyana took 3 pictures and texted to me. A few days later my friend's husband picked it up and the dress was nicely wrapped in a cute bag. I will definitely return to Prim and shop for myself. Outstanding customer service.

I love this store!! one of my besties girlfriend introduced me to this store! I love their clothes and they are all unique!! the customer service is awesome and it is addicting!!!

Check it out and this is my first place always to get a great outfit!!! Reasonable pricing too!!

They sold giftcards then changed the system and wiped them all. That is stealing. They then made me call my relative who purchased the card and required their name and card number to search through records while I waited an hour for me to use the gift card balance that they erased. Bad business and horrible way to treat customers. I used to love this shop and will not be back after that.

Cute things. Great place for staple bralettes and tanks. Definitely a place to grab a new outfit for an outing. Overpriced hands down. I understand it's a boutique but a t shirt that's 68 bucks is insane.

The location has some good options but not a ton of options and is pricey. Great store if that's what you're looking for but if you're looking for a cheap outfit, I'd try somewhere else.
