Attempted to return a sweatshirt with tags in place (2) days outside of the 7 day refund/return policy. Staff was unwilling to help, said it's corporate.......they weren't able to offer manager or district information. Was told because it has been more then 7 days, the receipt is no longer in system (she held it in her hand) no store credit, no offer to further assist......NOTHING........And people wonder why people shop online. I will no longer shop with them.

Store manager charge us twice for a padres Jersey. She apologized for the mistake, we put the card back for the refund. It's been over a month no refund and the manager and owner won't return our phone calls. Be careful when you shop at this location or they will steal your money. Go to the sports fever in plaza bonita the new owner of this location don't care about it's customers.
