This is a cute place and prices are excellent. However...I've been here 3 times. Each time there was the same shopper there. She is Spanish speaking and will follow you closely, speaking in Spanish. Very intrusive. She will watch and see what you are looking at and if she thinks you will buy it (like you looked at it for a long time but hung it back up) she comes and grabs it quick. When staff puts out new product they walk up to her first and ask if she wants it before hanging it up. So not fair I asked her 3 times the other day to please give me space and she rudely said she was just trying to help me. I told the staff how annoying it was and they just said ..well, she comes here like every day.
Okay? So? That means she can be disturbing to others? I won't come back for this reason. I ft very uneasy around this woman.

We took a risk coming here because it was a drive, but it was worth it. The store is well organized and almost feels like a boutique it is so tidy and nicely presented.

Kids clothes are $1 each and shoes for $2. Adult shirts are $2 and dresses are $4 as of October 2021.

They also have a nice selection of linens.

Great prices. Two separate buildings, one houses used furniture for sale, which I haven't been in yet. Picked up a few purses in new condition, one was a well known name brand, for $2.00 each. Had a bunch of holiday items for around $1.00 or less. My friends did very well there, too.
The only thing about this place is that it's on the outskirts of town and if your new to the area, as was I, best to get directions or search it on Google maps, but I feel it's worth the drive from Tallahassee.

Lawn care woman recovery and mission... Well the whole program is not christian, they don't conduct Buisness in a godly fashion. Also show favoritism to select few, while throwing others out to the wolves. They care more about money than helping. Also let others girls store stolen stuff at home over a year, 5 girls. I had personal pics perfume custom made shirts and over 800 in property I bought from the store, and because the pastor was upset with me..... HE TOLD THEM PRETTY MUCH RESALE OR TRASH. I SPENT CRAZY MONEY HERE LARGE OFFERING, BUY8NG LUNCH MOVIES FOR EASTER 500 ON BASKETS CLEANING STUFF. AND BECAUSE I HAVE MANIC EPISODE FROM BEING OFF MY MEDICINE, IT OK TO DO THIS.... GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY AND THAT IS ALL THIS PROGRAM IS!!!!!!! 💯 By the way this is there a little cash cow all donations come to them for free they turn around and sell them for good profit get all the stuff they want that comes in electronics vehicles you name it it gets donated in an average day there it's $800 Union wanted me to tell you what the lawn care makes in a day, and if you look at the pastor's house and all this stuff in there of the extravagant trips I make an Oster band equipment you see where the money goes. Unlike me I paid over $800 for the stuff that I bought from that store and they put it right back out of rotation or sold it look at how many other people have done that too. And again I can back up all of this with facts....

For a thrift store they have a great selection of merchandise. It is well organized and clean. The prices are great as well. The staff is very helpful and they had great attitudes. They really make you feel welcomed. I loved the Christian music as well. God is in the details.

This is the only place that my family uses for donations of clothing & other similar household items. Goodwill is a for-profit business, compared to Promised Land, which makes sure that all proceeds go directly back into the community.

Nice folks. Consider them the next time you have a donation to make. You will not be sorry.
