Great customer service. Super friendly and was very thoughtful around the holidays. I bought my daughter a brand new atv and the owners were very patient and held great customer service to us. They gave my niece a brand new kids scooter for free. I will recommend this business for great customer service and reasonable prices.

What a great place to shop for scooters, e- bikes and things related. Very professional and kind, and knows what they are talking about when it comes to E-bikes and the like. Also don't forget to check out Scott (middle aged young guy)in the back if you need something to get fixed, he's the guy to go to.

Brought my Yamaha raptor here to get the carburetor fixed but the mechanic ended up opening the whole motor up and moved all the stuff around. He completely disassembled the motor and found other problems that didn’t need to be fixed as I’d just had the engine rebuilt. He didn’t even fix the the simple carburetor problem and ended up destroying my quad. To make matters worse when I came to pick up the quad the mechanic barely even put back together the bike, there were parts hanging out just laying on the chain as if they were thrown there. Bolts in a bag and nothing was fully built. Note that I had brought the quad fully bolted up with everything tight and in place. Simple fix to complete nightmare. The shop also made us feel unwelcome as the owners wife kept giving us dirty looks when we checked up on the bike one time. Wasted 300 dollars and will now have to spend even more on another mechanic and for the parts. Would recommend if the bike was fixed but everything is all over the place 👎🏽

If you are having scooter problems or motorcycle problems this is the place where you want to take your business. The gentlemen here go above and beyond service. They are friendly and loving. They treated me like family. My scooter broke down and the owner of the repair shop even gave me a ride to the BART to make sure I made it home safely. Words can't describe how they treated me. Bravo Zulu!!

I had to return and the men here were equally as nice. They are great people. They simply care. The go above and beyond the call of duty to fix your scooter needs. I will always patronize their business.

So my experience has been very pleasant I enjoy the heck out if my bike very fast for my size and the size of the bike I have an auto mattic I bought here and it's been running right ever since the owner Matthew now his stuff about the bike you want I can almost gruntee he'll have just about every thing your asking for and the deals he gives is right in your price range I will be looking to getting another bike sometime in the future and I most definitely recommend this shop to you 100%. I give it a solid 5*.

Nice people and great prices. This is a place one can truly come get a nice scooter for a reasonable price. Despite the negative reviews I have never ever seen anything from the owner and his wife but professionalism, respect and they are some of the most well mannered and down to earth people I've ever met. Come on by and check them out, right next door to El Sobrante Wheel and Brake.

You can find very cool motorcycles and Small Cars for kids. They also have different Kinds of Motorcycles. Dirt bike or street bike. They sell very Cool helmets. They also repair motorcycles and little Kids'' cars. Definitely, You should take a look at inside. They sell at a reasonable price.
