I’m a new Publix customer after multiple terrible experiences at KROGER ON HIGHWAY 92 so I decided to take my business to Publix which I consider to be top of the line so I attempted to cash a check and didn’t have a good experience with this gentleman I want to say his name was MATHEW WHICH I WAS TOLD IS NORMALLY A GOID GUY AND I HATE TO SAY ILL NEVER DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN SORRY and to be honest if it wasn’t for MS LESLIE ID PUSH FOR HIS TERMINATION
long story short I left furious until I spoke with produce manager MS LESLIE WHICH RESTORED MY FAITH FOR PUBLIX AND IM HAPPY AFTER OUR CONVERSATION AND IMMEDIATELY I received a follow up call from manager Dustin I’m so grateful this issue was resolved WAY TO GO PUBLIX AND THANK YOU FOR CARING

I love this Publix, but I may have to go to a different one. The fire alarm has been on multiple visits because someone in the bakery doesn't know what they're doing or Publix doesn't have proper ventilation. They cannot turn it off, the fire department has to do it. The first time this happened I was in check out so it wasn't such a big deal. This time however (today) I just started shopping. I cut my list short and ran to check out covering my ears. When pushing the cart out I couldn't cover my ears and the alarm really hurts my ears. They were still ringing hours later. When I was younger I would be in the club all night and my ears never hurt like this. It feels like ear damage. Not cool Publix. I'd be happy to change this review when you tell me you fixed the problem. To have your employees tell everyone it's a false alarm and have them keep working is unacceptable. This alarm is dangerously loud. It's absurd.

10/10! Highly recommend! This store was clean, the customer service was amazing! Dustin was super helpful while I was at customer service. I stopped to comment on the service my husband had received. (Melissa) was polite, patient and very accommodating. She offered help immediately and without delay. From start to finish this team was fast and effective. We were able to get in divide and conquer our list for Thanksgiving dinner without the crazy hustle and bustle we expected shopping before the holiday. Thank you Dustin for fast friendly service and for listing to an old lady compliment a worker. Thank you for not making me feel like I was burdening you while so much was going on. A special thank you Melissa for rocking it out at Publix before the holiday!!

Would give it a 5/5 but sadly the deli section disappoints every time. Sucks since this is my childhood Publix and has always been my go to. Ever since I can remember the staff at the deli have always looked miserable while working and I have never received a genuine welcome. The rest of the staff is completely lovely, can’t say that for deli though 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Publix has always been one of my favorite Grocery stores , I love the deli and bakery here , Their bday cakes are the best ! This was my mamas Favorite place to grocery shop, and also my husband's favorite place to get seafood to Boil... Their Sub sandwiches are better than any fast food place around !!

Kills me to write this, because I love Publix sandwiches. Attitude, stale bread, ice cold, and more attitude. Nobody cares if you don’t have the meat cut- cut some. It’s a cordon blue brother- heat it up, or let someone know you decided not to. Nobody wants stale bread, keep it covered. Anyway, he did the Publix image and quality a disservice today. Probably better to head down the street to Subway in this case.

The place is a bit of a nightmare. Tiny, tight isles, super busy, and no bread isle. The only bread available, that I found, was in the bakery and speacial sectiond. So, I'm doing a PBPB& Jelly. Peanut butter, pita bread and jelly. I'm not paying a $1 per roll. I could get a hot, fake hamburger for that. Ridiculous! And, the pharmacy doesn't fill 'scripts until they can make you wait.

Publix is always inviting to anyone as parking is good, easy in and out, and helpful staff. However prices can be higher than you expect so if your on a budget your dollar would go further somewhere else. Wide lanes so easy to get items. Many cashers to allow you to leave quickly with your items.
