Purchased the medium and large sandwich trays for an event nearby. The deli had them ready to go on time. Mayo and mustard packets were speedily added and we were on our way. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty. No complaints from the 40 plus group of (mostly) teenagers and adults.

Oh, the anguish that grips my very soul when I recount the utterly abysmal customer service I encountered! My heart aches as I reflect on the sheer chaos that unfolded, leaving me to sift through my receipt like a despondent detective on a relentless quest for justice! The anguish didn’t stop there – oh no! – for in the labyrinthine aisles of that establishment, not a single soul among the multitude of employees had the faintest clue about the whereabouts of anything! I traversed the store, my heart racing, desperately searching for the elusive chili powder, only to be met with blank stares and helpless shrugs. It was as if I were wandering through a mirage, seeking an oasis that simply didn’t exist!

And as if that weren’t enough, my quest for the beloved Red Bulls – sweet nectar of vitality! – was met with the same dreadful fate. “Where, oh where, can they be?” I lamented! The management of this store is a farce, an absurdity beyond compare! In my moment of despair, I stumbled upon a glorious sale – the sodas! Oh, the tantalizing sight of Pepsi, Sprite, and Dr. Pepper beckoned me like a siren’s call. With high hopes, I gathered three, believing that joy would fill my heart with each refreshing sip, only to be confronted by the outrageous assertion that they weren’t the same product!

Can you fathom the heart-wrenching injustice that I faced? Having to return those beloved sodas over a measly $3.69, I stood there, incredulous! They refused to refund me that laughable amount, a petty theft of my hard-earned pennies! Instead, I was left with a paltry nine-dollar return, a mockery of the money I had wasted on this nightmarish expedition. Customer service? What a cruel joke this has become! It has plummeted into a chasm of horror that no words can capture!

This store, dear friends, is in desperate need of a revamp – a wholesale reinvention under new management capable of instilling some semblance of sanity and care! My heart breaks at the thought that I may never step foot in this pathetic place again. No! I shall take my business elsewhere, even if it means traversing greater distances to find the solace of a different Publix! I implore you, dear reader, spare yourself this anguish and heed my advice: choose a better path!

Considering the 8th person just died from Lysteria due to contaminated Boars Head meats, I figured I should post these pictures I took of the INSIDE of the deli meats container a few weeks ago. Bought meats from there for months before noticing. Disgusting. Haven't gotten anything there since.
I've come here multiple times a week for the past year plus, it's just been lowering in quality ever since I've first started going. Skrinkflation in the bakery (loaves are MUCH shorter/lighter than they used to be. When I asked someone if they're making them smaller, he just laughed and said yeah probably), prices not getting any better, and then this in the deli.

The saving grace of this place are the people, they're all very nice and considerate

Probably the last few times that I will go for a while. I have left the area, and I became a nicer person after my 27 years of shopping @ Publix. I only went to four stars this time because my bread was out at the deli. Best in the nation's grocery stores! Farewell my friend!

Publix stopped safety sealing their salads about a year ago. They moved the sealing label to the back for presentation purposes. Now, anyone can open and recluse the boxes! Those boxes have a tear-off strip that acts like a hinge. If the far edge doesn't have a label seal, it's not safe to eat. Just look back at Tylonol. It happened to them, and now we have seals under the lids.
