This is for the deli. Went there this past Monday morning. There were 2 employees working in the deli, no customers were waiting. Walked up and stood there for 5 min without being looked at or even acknowledged that I was standing there. I approached the counter and asked if they were open for business. Was met with attitude and an eye roll and told that they would be with me in a moment. Waited another 5 minutes and was finally served only to get home to realize that she gave me the wrong deli meat. This isn’t the first time this has happened, I usually avoid the deli at this location for this exact reason. From now on, I’ll be driving the extra 5 min to another location.

Good store, or has good lighting, it's never a mess. The staff are very nice, managers are very knowledgeable with any questions you may have. It's always clean, organized, and well stocked. The prices are always good and deals are great. Easy to navigate around and find what you need.

BIG Shout out to Rory and Jordan in the Meat Department . My wife and I enjoy Fillet Mignon Friday nights (regularly). These guys always deliver. Store is always clean, stocked up on ad items and friendly associates. Always a 10/10 experience.

This is towards the deli department. I went there yesterday; I was waiting there for while without any employees working on the deli department. There was another customer waiting with me, she asked one of the employees that was making sandwich, she said the employee will be right back. After waiting a while, no one came, and I had to return to work. Today I went back, when I arrived one customer was being served, and I was waiting. There were 3 girls working, she finished serving the customer and just ignored me and was complaining that some employees had called out and she had to work more hours. I spoke to the manager at the register and told her the situation and I would not be shopping there anymore. I been a customer since that Publix opened and it's only a 2-minute drive for me but I rather driver further and have better customer service. The response from the manager was sorry, we are short staffed but have a good day. lol

Worst pub sub I’ve ever had. She never said hello and was frustrated the entire time while I asked her for things. She sloppily made it and it showed. It’s a shame that the nicest looking Publix has the working customer service in the deli

Store is super organized and still has that “New Publix” smell.

Employees were extremely helpful and prices were right in line.

Publix Belmont is a family atmosphere when you visit the store. The employees are amicable and willing to assist. I go there 3-4 times a week.

The produce and sandwich areas are good. The vegetables are fresh and have a good variety. The sandwiches, especially the Italian are superb. They use quality meat for the sandwiches- Boar’s Head.

The meat area can be improved in their selection and options. This is the most neglected from the store.

Their BOGO is a way to save money.

So why a 3 Publix is premium priced. There merchandise is highly priced versus other supermarkets and farmer markets in the area.

I was picking up a few items before the hurricane and got to the Apollo Beach Publix just as it closed. Late start after caring for my ill husband. A very pleasant employee directed me to the Belmont Publix and said they were open until 5 pm. It was just after 3 or 4 pm. Not a far drive. I put all my items in my cart and went to stand in checkout line. Standing there I felt a wave of nausea and dizziness come over me. I asked the lovely lady in front of me to keep an eye on me because I thought I was going to faint. She left her cart with her daughter and went to get help. A young man and the store manager showed up to help. I had a bottle of water I was sipping from and I was sitting on a bench. I refused the rescue squad being called. The lady behind me asked me if I was hypoglycemic. I replied, yes. And realized I hadn't eaten anything all day. The store manager gave me a piece of gum and fanned me with paper bags. YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT! MS. STORE MANAGER went above and beyond to ensure that I was recovered and able to drive home. During all this care she also took care of my cart of groceries and I gave her my card to pay. When she was called away for a brief time, another young lady was fanning me with the paper bags...I was now in a wheelchair sitting outside the store. I asked the young lady to stop fanning me and I felt silly having her do it. She said, Sorry ma'am, not until my boss says so. Though it was the day before the hurricane Milton the store still had every item I needed, including milk and water, and the store was closing in an hour. The young man was kind enough to load my groceries into my car. I express my sincere thanks and gratitude to the kind lady store manager, young man and young lady at Belmont Publix. They went above and beyond on a day that was totally crazy and the store was closing in minutes. Talk about working well under pressure. I want to thank everyone in the Belmont Publix store that day for showing kindness, caring, sharing, generosity and God's love towards each other. I will shop there again.
