The employees at this location are always nice and willing to help if you can't find something. This is our main place to grocery shop, weather a quick in and out or getting groceries for the week. The deli department are always busy when I visit but they are always patient and apologetic if there's a long wait, and they're always happy to serve. The hot bar have great wings, the garlic Parm are my favorite, the fried catfish, potato wedges and popcorn chicken are a hot as well. Love the Publix sweet tea, raspberry is my fav. The cashiers are always friendly and greet me with a smile. We have made acquaintances with a couple of employees. This is a great place to shop.

I wanted to leave a shout out to the deli/sub section of the Publix at 13800 Highway 9 N
Alpharetta, GA 30004, both Jon and Kayden have always gone above and beyond to help us with our vegetarian requests. They always provide wonderful service and are always so caring. We go out of our way to come to this particular Publix for our subs!

Would appreciate self checkout as I shop usually less items at Publix and would be quicker to checkout for me. I’m used to self checkout at Publix in FL. Their meat shop needs to be organized as well. Didn’t know they close 30min prior to closing time which I didn’t notice at other locations. Fresh fruits and vegetables tho l.

Just had to recognize Alem the store manager at my local Publix at 13800 GA-9 UNIT E, Alpharetta, GA 30004. I’m literally there everyday and have been for 8 years now. You’ve had some great store managers but I must say Alem has gone above and beyond not once, not twice, not three times, but a handful of times in the past few weeks. It really makes shopping a pleasure. He even wrote down something from last Thanksgiving that I needed to make pumpkin bread that you all were out of. He got that product in stock and personally came up to me to let me know. Now that’s some freaking awesome service ! I was blown away by that!

Deli needs to start learning everything that is sold...I should not have to ask someone if you make something....and same person not tell me if they have it. Incompetent attitude and rude behavior. Lost a customer....and I was a regular.
