I love this Publix. I have been to Many publixes throughout the state and I can state unequivocally that this is the BEST Publix in all of Florida (or that I have ever been too).

The place always feels great to come to and just walk around. It’s warm and spacious. The smell is standard for Publix and just lovely. They are always clean. The service is typically excellent and helpful.

The aisles are very wide and a pleasure to walk through.

The parking is AMAZING- plentiful and huge spots.

The meat department is very nice.

Produce usually good.

Only bad thing is that on Wednesdays- they run out of the $5 sushi fast food- so get there before 5pm if you want some.

There is a Publix liquor store right next door too.

The plaza also has a target nearby - so I shop there for a few items that are cheaper - however I don’t enjoy shopping there as much as this Publix.

Terrible service at this deli. I stood and waited over ten minutes before any of the three associates behind the counter even acknowledged me waiting. Then, the pricing was incorrect on my items and I had a difficult time getting the associate who had helped me to understand the issue. Then, at self check out, I requested assistance from an associate, and no one came to help. Very frustrating experience overall, and definitely not the level of service that I pay for by shopping at Publix.

OMG. this store looks like it just opened. It is super clean and very big and airy. Did I say it was huge. I could not get over the extreme cleanliness and shiny floors. They have everything. A big HBA department. I had to ask where the bread was. I'm shopping here from now on. I live across town, but I will make that drive...yes I'm crazy for this Publix location.

Clean store and customer service by the cashiers is great. Unfortunately the deli department at this store is horrendous and they consistently mess up the online orders I place with incorrect or missing items/toppings. The employees in the deli department also are often very rude and spend more time talking with each other than working making subs.

I informed management about the unpleasant experiences I have had with the deli department and was essentially ignored by them and just received a "we'll try harder next time" response. Even gave the deli team another chance after receiving this message from management only for them to mess up my order again. Recommend going to a different Publix if you plan on ordering from the deli department.

Here in town for an event and stopped by this Publix to pick up a few things. Very impressed with this store! Really beautiful/super clean and the staff was very friendly and very accommodating!

I was unfamiliar with the store. After a few minutes of shopping I asked for help. There were three gentleman from various departments standing around a display discussing a plan of some sort related to the store and their work. As soon as I asked for parchment paper, immediately, without hesitation the manager said, "follow me, I'll show you where it is.," and led the way. I know it was the manager because 12 hours later I was there again for a last minute preparation of disposable plates and the same man helped me again. He remembered what I was there for earlier. If all stores treated customers like this, I'd spend more money if I had it. It was an enjoyable experience. We had discussed how many steps a day he takes. He had to be tired, but he smiled through it, regardless.

Three Sundays ago, I was in line at reguster 9 behind the customer service desk. I was met by Manager Connor and an older white lady on the register.
As I was looking for my debit card, which nearly took under a minute, Manager Connor asked me to step out of line to be processed at another register.

I asked him as to why, which, by the way, I had just found my card while he was asking me to move. He tells me I thought you wanted to

IT TOOK ME LESS THAN A MINUTE TO FIND MY CARD.

I have came in this store numerous times and as I asked him did he not have enough patience to wait for me to find my money to purchase my items?

How come I waited patiently for my turn without urgency in line just to be rushed? Not to mention I have two special needs children who accompanied me that evening and I am medically needy as well where I am visionary impaired.

I stood my ground and let him knew you will wait for me and that I would no longer be a custom at this location.

I am a valued customer and you will never get my business again.

There were several self check outs, clearly I needed help. If those other customers were in a rush, they could have helped themselves. To a self check out register.

It really sucks how impatient and nonchalant people can be. I just wanted to pay for my things and leave. And there are cameras to refer back to this incident. I was humiliated because I wanted to look for my card which only took a few seconds. .
Shame. I pray that Manager Connor learns from this and tp not bully or rush disabled customers or anyone for that matter when they come in a line. This store had put a bad taste in my mouth. Surely I won't recommend this to location to anyone else.
