There’s always some sort of entertainment going on at this Publix. There’s a lot of crazy homeless people in the area so it makes for a real colorful shopping experience to say the least but the location is so convenient. I always have to stop here like all the Publix’s, they never seem to have enough help at the deli. The checkout staff are unusually friendly for Publix.

Not sure why I keep giving this Publix another chance…each time is the same thing… it is by far the worst Publix deli service… waiting excessively long time while several staff members behind the deli counter pretend to not see me.. then after +10 mins told “someone will be right with me” - three times! Go to 5-Point Publix where the service is far superior and customer focused…

Quality of some produce very old, unusable. The service level at this Publix is well below the mark. Every employee I interacted with was bothered by my simple questions or requests. I'm baffled by Management's decision to hire some of these people.

Highly disappointed in service and urgency on deli sub/hot side. Left without ordering due to lack of customer service from the young lady.
