Did my normal every 2 weeks grocery shopping excursion. This time I spent more than usual due to a gift card I had received.
As I went to pay my gift card wouldn't work, I tried multiple times on the pad and the cashier even tried multiple times on her device and nothing. I gave her the activation receipt I had received. She told me I would have to go up to customer service(that frustrated me, but I understood why). Madi at customer service checked the card and the receipt stating the card had said money. She and her supervisor Eric handled the situation very professionally. They were able to redeem the card for me with a cart full of groceries. Eric asked what lane I was on (this was NOT the fault of the cashier), I'm going to assume to check the devices. I told him and he apologized for the issue, explaied how they redeemed it.
I love this Publix location, each and every time EVERYONE is so helpful and courteous.
Thank you to this team for being amazing and so helpful all the time. You make it an enjoyable experience to shop.

Manager escorted me out for having my 14 inch bearded dragon on my shoulder. I have taken Sam to multiple different Publixs in the area and no one has ever complained, employee or customer. I have seen multiple non service animals in this publix before (mostly dogs... that shed) and this is the first time i have ever seen someone kicked out for it. On this exact occasion me and my fiancee heard a dog barking as soon as we walked in. We have also been in THIS EXACT Publix with Sam with no compaints from customers or employees. Sam is usually met with curiosity, questions, or excitement. When I asked if people were complaining about Sam, he told me that no one had complained and that he had just seen me walk by with her on my shoulder. I wouldn't be as upset if the rules were applied to all animals, not just exotic ones.

Bearded dragons do not have fur, have no vocal cords (so no noise), have no teeth, and are very docile and calm by nature. If the manager had not seen me, he wouldn't even know she was there.

We will be taking our business to another Publix even if it means a further drive.

I’ve always loved shopping at Publix, but the deli at this location is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Every time I place an order, it’s either late, incorrect, or both. The meats and cheeses they slice are absolutely butchered, and far from the quality you’d expect from Publix.

On top of that, the service is slow and disorganized. It’s clear the deli desperately needs new management because the current team just isn’t getting it right. Publix is known for great customer service, but this deli doesn’t live up to that standard at all. If you’re in a hurry or looking for quality deli items, I’d recommend going elsewhere or prepare to be frustrated.

I went there this morning to pick up some groceries and was in a little bit of a hurry for my 90-year-old father was left alone at home. I asked the pharmacist for some acne medication and he pointed me to the wrong aisle. I went back to the pharmacist and the pharmacist said I was passive aggressive towards him. I was not and he told me the wrong aisle. He was aggressive towards me and he was unhelpful and he got very close to me and I didn’t like it. He said I was passive aggressive when walking me to where the acne medicine is in the store .He was very aggressive towards me in both his language and his proximity. I had to come here from the Western United States and my father is very sick. I didn’t wanna leave him at home and I was in a hurry and this man took a shot at me while he was working. I let him know what I thought of him this bald overweight man working behind the pharmacy counter at 10 o’clock in the morning on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

On my way out I spoke with Peter the manager and he said all he heard was what I told the pharmacist. I had a few choice words for him that’s true however he should not call me passive aggressive in any way shape or form for I was not. He has no rights to verbally abuse me and I was in a hurry worried about my elderly father. Peter judged me and he shouldn’t have and I asked him what he was going to do about it and he said all we wanna do is keep the peace. Apparently, Peter approves of the overweight pharmacist behavior towards me And I will make sure to write corporate once I’m back west. Welcome to Florida what a disgrace and when I was checking out prior to meeting with Peter, the manager, even the cash she had to chime in and said maybe you should talk to Peter after you calm down a little bit. Who is she to tell me to calm down. I was completely calm. I was just in a hurry to get back to see my father who needs care. Shame on Publix all of you. All three of you. shame on you.

Publix always delivers clean hospitable fully staffed. Great butcher shop bakery bar none best desserts and around and they're always fully staffed. Plenty of people to help you. If you need help finding something, can't go wrong with Publix

1st time in a Publix for 20 years. Didn't think they could better. Great clean aisles. Easy to navigate. Everything looks great and positioned well. Lots of happy team members. Plenty of parking and well lit. Easy checkouts. Prices are fair. Kid friendly. Membership and curb side pickup. Highly recommended.

I'm here most every weekend. I find a lot of things that my wife enjoys which is Buffalo tender chicken. There's also a very good variety of salads here that she enjoys as well.
