Great customer service from the bakery!

Visited family for my birthday from Oklahoma! As a Floridian I simply missed Publix cakes!!

I was able to order one and pick it up. My family provided their own cake so I ended up needing to pack the cake well enough to be a carryon on my flights back to Oklahoma, the staff at the bakery quickly changed the container to the sturdy kind and was sure to tape it up!

It may look a little frumpy but after two flights it made it safely to Oklahoma 🙂 It barely moved much appreciated to the staff for helping me safely transport the cake

It's just a typical Publix, but here's two issues with the store. I ran in to get a cold water. The only water they had in the refrigerators was enhanced Smartwater. I don't drink that stuff. The other issue is the parking lot. Very difficult to get in and out of easily.

In my last two trips to the store, all I can say is the aisles are decimated. Vegetables are nonexistent and what there is is in poor shape. All of the items which we normally buy on a regular basis don’t seem to be there. Is your purchasing person doing their correct job? We travel 40 minutes to get to this grocery store. We’re gonna continue on and travel an hour and 10 minutes now.

I would like to leave a review about an employee at the Publix in Crawfordville FL. I want to thank Max (don't know his last name) who works in the grocery part, particularly in frozen foods. Twice he has gone out of his way to help me with a frozen food. He went to the back and brought out what I was looking for. I went again recently but he wasn't there. I asked another employee about the item and he just said they were out of the item. Big difference between these two employees. Please give Max some sort of acknowledgement. Thank you.

I love Publix bakery, produce, meat and fish selections. It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It may cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for.

I was at the #1 register today about 11:30! The cashier and especially the lady helping her were so helpful! The lady asked me if I wanted another Gelato as they were BOGO! She also checked my eggs and one was broken! She went back and got me another Gelato and another carton of eggs! Wow!

I love the selections at Publix. Everything is always fresh. The only time I was disappointed was this week when I purchased this cranberry pecan loaf. It was not soft or moist like the other loaves so I won't be buying it again. Half of it is missing because I put it in the microwave to soften it up.

Ok. We don’t have this store in Jersey. Everybody down here (Big Bend area of Florida) raves about Publix. Honestly I can see why. The store is clean and organized. They carry a variety of food and I feel they do well with keeping things in stock. Let’s talk about the staff, whatever their hospitality training is, it’s working. Everyone I have encountered there has been helpful and friendly. Let’s talk about their subs 😂 Floridians love their “pub subs” I don’t agree but that’s ok. I don’t go there to buy their subs. Happy to have you in Crawfordville Publix 😊
