So disappointed in Publix! They have advertised cod dinner for 6.99. I went to the deli counter and they had no cod left. They said it would be seven minutes so I told them OK. When I went back, they had three tiny little scraps of cod in a takeout box. I had been in there earlier for something else and I saw the cod at that time. They were large nice pieces of flaky cod. The meal came with two sides. The only thing that was fresh were the onion rings. The mashed potatoes, the macaroni and cheese, and the french fries were just dried out. I asked if they had any fresh sides. . She told me no. And all this time what appeared to be a manager named Chris was making sub sandwiches and heard the entire conversation. He never offered a word of help. I told them I wouldn’t feed those sides to my dog. So I told them they could keep their meal. It would help if the people behind the counter could understand just a little bit of English! I normally like Publix, but this was by far my worst experience with them. Always short staffed, deli seldom has precooked chicken after 7pm, for those of us that work later hours, last night had horrible cashier only, no baggers on any lines, my cashier he ploping groceries in bags, annoyed at lady in front of me asking for paper
My groceries weren't treated any better, peaches in bottom of bag and dropped bag of orange on top, brushing them. Didn't change them I was in a hurry should have. Rest of the bagging not any better

Love, love, love this Publix!!!! Their BO-GOs are always convenient. They have great deals, food is always fresh, cleanliness is great, and staff is always very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this location. 🙌

Decent grocery store with good prices, efficient if not verbose service, and an ability to get in and out in a reasonable time. Seems a little older than other grocery chains, but I'm not a Florida resident either.

Two days ago, I stopped by the Publix Super Market at Crossroads, and let me tell you—it felt like stepping into a grocery store commercial! Everything was spotless, the produce looked so fresh I’m pretty sure it was still photosynthesizing, and every aisle was so organized it could make Marie Kondo tear up.

The employees were incredibly friendly too—so much so that I wouldn’t have been surprised if someone had handed me a bouquet of flowers just for showing up or offered me a chilled sweet tea while I debated cereal options. It’s like they knew I needed a little extra joy in my life that day.

Shoutout to the Publix team for turning what’s usually a mundane chore into an experience that’s one part efficiency, one part happiness, and all parts amazing. If Publix ever wanted to rebrand, they could call it “Publix: Where Your Day Gets Instantly Better.”

Always clean with friendly employees but I shop at Publix only when I don't have time to go to Walmart. Their prices are ridiculous.

Great sub experience this afternoon, thanks to Gisele in the deli area! I asked for Italian sub dressing on the side, so I could put it on my sub at home and avoid soggy bread.

She satisfied my request but I really felt like she took it to the next level by wrapping it up in plastic without me asking her to do so.

Not only did she want me to enjoy my sub, but also wanted to ensure I didn’t have a mess on my hands while I finished shopping and headed home.

This was above and beyond, the little things mean the most! Thank you Gisele!

Can’t stand the customer service at the deli horrible!! Everyone acts like they can’t stand to help anyone, very slow service and they act Annoyed that your there asking for deli meat or cheese. I had one employee roll his eyes because him and 2 other employees were fussing about who was going to work or not.. So unprofessional to do around customers.. If you don’t like your job find another one.. Don’t make it miserable for the customers spending there hard earned money I will go somewhere else.
