Today I went shopping at checkout I experienced the worse costumer service I’ve had in a long time from the cashier register Destiny. She did not acknowledge me and she was hiding her cellphone in between her polo. She had her phone on speaker and she was having a whole conversation over the phone. When I arrived her rolled her eyes at me and she was not being cared with my groceries. She never said hi or cared that I was there. I felt not important that my business did not matter. I was offended by her. At the end she got the receipt and threw it at me. I spoke with a manager at costumer service and I hope they do something about the behavior oof this employee. This is unacceptable for the standard of Publix.

We shop at Publix all over the area. For me this is the BEST one. Bread is fresh and just the right crust. Pharmacy staff is helpful, and the some of the best people in the check out line. Thanks!!

I went to the deli today and was greeted by a deli associate named Rebecca. She greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service! EXCELLENT service! Usually it’s pretty tough getting deli meat. Well done! She should be considered for a management position! A true asset!

This deli needs a lot of work. Their sandwich dept is super slow. They can have a line of 7 people and no one will help. They can care less. Also, the soup area is always dirty and no soup. Very disappointing for a Publix

I am SO happy with this Publix Market at Delray Square. Their pharmacy and staff are the absolute best. ( read my review about them). Now the bakery staff also gets 5 stars for their baking and customer service. I called and ask them to hold 5 loafs of their fresh baked Cuban Bread for me. I told them I liked the ones that are a light golden brown. They actually baked me 6 loaves that were light and golden. So soft, so fresh, and So delicious. 😋

The Publix checkers and stockers at Delray Square are also very accommodating. If the shelf is empty, several of them have checked the back room and will bring more product out.

The meat dept gets 5 stars too. They ordered in several prime rib roasts just for me. One butcher cut me a special rib roast to the size I needed for my event. He knew exactly how to partially seperate the roast from the rib bones without screwing up the roast and still have the bones connected so they would flavor the meat while they cook. Most butchers don't know how to do this correctly. I was very impressed.

I included 2 pics of one of the prime rib roasts this butcher cut for me. I had already removed the rib bones, which I slathered in BBQ sauce and ate later. They were also meaty, tender and really delicious. Two perfect meals in one meat. Their butchers can help you choose the right meat for any meal.

Check out. Everything is in Spanish. I don't know Spanish, so I'm not sure if I am getting my bonuses entering my phone number. On going situation. Sushi wendsday, nothing but vegetarian rolls. Dried out rotisserie chicken, old fried chicken. No one knows what isles products are located. Publix not the same as it has been for decades, sad. Missing the home town feel.

This Publix used to be a good supermarket to find everything you need at a fair price and friendly staff, but unfortunately it’s changed! They charge you wrong prices and treat you like if they’re doing a favor helping you when you go to pay for your groceries, very rude people! Don’t fill up your grocery car there if you can’t keep eye on what they’re charging and if they make any returns, call your bank to make sure it went through. Very disappointed ☹️
