Bought this expensive Marzano tomatoes at Publix. It had rotten ones in it.
Told the customer service and she just agreed with me that it is not nice. No refund, no apology.

Ordered the Hummingbird cake, very excited because I was told that it would be freshly made …It was decorated beautifully I must say. But only to find out that the top icing was the only thing that appeared to be humming bird?with nothing but a vanilla tasting cake. After paying over $100 for 3/4 cake. And then to call and get talked to very Rudely by the Deli Manager on duty 8/17/24 around 5:00 pm. I will never ? order from them again.

Today the Pharmacy Dept gets a 0 for customer service. First time ever getting the treatment I got. Ignored the customer and then bad attitude is not how you should be treating your customers. The only nice lady was the one working the drive thru!! I guess it’s a first time for everybody.

This store is fantastic. The best part of any business is its people and the team at the Publix is remarkable. From ensuring that the store is clean, well stocked, safe and organized to escorting me to the location of those hard to find items that I happened to walk by without seeing. They do a remarkable job and that is why they are where we shop. The seafood and deli are also noteworthy for the variety of product that they carry. They are definitely worth going out of the way for.

So have shopped Publix many times in many states but had the wonderful experience of visiting with my daughters kindergarten class. First of all Ashley was the host of our tour and she was wonderful. I saw a side of Publix never had before as usually I'm just shopping for what i need. Truly a wonderful store and many employees have been there a decade or more which says alot!! So impressed.

Twice I’ve bought strawberries and they’ve been mushy and molded. I did do store pick up so whoever’s picking them out is not doing a good job. The ones that you can’t see are extreme mush maybe a couple of strawberries were good but they taste disgusting

Loved it! Very bright and clean and the employees were all very friendly. The whole store looked very neat/tidy too, kudos to the merchandisers and stockers! Will be making this my go to grocery store!

Always clean and always stocked. Glad because it's my closest store and the produce is always great, last well past it should.
