Never have I ever had a problem at this Publix until today… my wife called and placed an order for a cake for my mom’s 50th birthday a week before for pickup today the 28th. I called this morning and confirmed that it was going to be ready anytime after 4pm and she confirmed the name and the cake details with me and told me she was gonna be leaving work at 4:30pm today that it was gonna be done by 4pm and when my wife gets there at 4:30pm to pick it up they tell her that there isn’t an order for her name and or a cake!?!? This is unacceptable especially when it was made days earlier and was confirmed that it will be done today at 10am when I called in. I will no longer be using there bakery for any reason. Absolutely astonishing the fact I called and confirmed and still was not made or prepared!!

Every time I've visited this Publix, I'm greeted with a smiling face. The staff is always extremely friendly. I often take my young daughter, and everyone is very accommodating and patient when she wants to do things "my-yelf." She's never left the store without crayons or a sticker.

I often hear checkout clerks making jokes and initiating real conversation. They recognize their regulars and always make sure to say "hi."

I've ordered several custom cupcakes and cakes through this store's bakery, and they almost always exceed my expectations. We love to buy some of the wonderful selection of flowers to brighten our kitchen. The deli has a great selection, and the staff is always happy to let you sample something new, or check stock if the chicken salad is low. The butcher has never once made me feel like a bother when I ask for a smaller cut or make a custom order for meat. If I can't find something, a staff member never points me in the right direction, but walks me to the right aisle and shows me where to find the item.

We do most of our meals at home and cook a lot. I find that this store has a great selection of produce, sauces, spices, and meats. We check the sales regularly for BOGOs and coupons, stock up on basics when they're discounted, and are able to keep the grocery budget in check.

went to grab skim milk - all expired as much as 4 days prior - there were flies all over the food at the deli - but, the employees were all super nice and helpful.

I really enjoy shopping at this Publix. It’s larger than my regular one, so the choices are much larger. The staff are always helpful and courteous.

I drive past other grocery stores to get to this one! Plus the drive through the country is awesome. I live in Woodmont Golf & Country Club. The route I take is like a nice drive through the country with awesome homes along the way, being a realtor it’s an inspiring drive! The route I take to Publix is from Gaddis Rd. to left on Arbor Hill Rd. Right on Trinity Church Road. Then take a left on Wyatt which dead ends into Freehome Hwy, take a left and Publix is on the left.

Unacceptable spend 20 dollars a day on average. Manager on duty to sorry to raise up screen for me to purchase pre made sushi. Publix will never get one dollar from me . This is not a unreasonable request but your attitude and lying straight to my face is unacceptable. Shame on you . You should rethink your life customers pay your salary .
