Just purchased this Mardi Gras chicken at the Deli before closing and the chicken was RAW. I hope I don’t get sick with the pieces I ate (without knowing it was RAW). It’s past 10pm and I cannot even go back to complaint. Make sure you double check the food it’s cooked before leaving the store. I will give you zero stars if I could. I wish I could get a refund

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kimberly, a cashier at Publix, and I must say, her customer service was exceptional! Not only did she handle my transaction quickly and efficiently, but she also went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made my shopping experience so much better. It's clear that Kimberly genuinely cares about her customers, and I truly appreciate her positive energy and helpfulness. Publix is lucky to have her on their team!

I was run over by a car during the holidays and it’s been a slow recovery. Some days are better than others. I say this because I had to go grocery shopping and was doing my best to handle everything on my own. I got to the register and was thinking about how to load the groceries in the car without hurting myself and suddenly Sofia was so kind and aware of her surroundings and immediately offered to help. She was so sweet and kind. She truly made my day by helping me with what I thought would be a difficult task while I continue my recovery journey. Thank you so much Sofia for your kind heart and service.

BEST costumer service always. The boy that has braces on that gathers the carts is the sweetest and so willing to help get my cart after I’m done with it and help me out my groceries in the cart! The sushi man is so great and always has sushi stocked up.Truly such a great Publix.

It is always a busy store and sadly Max the store manager doesn't know how to have the store properly stocked.
Every time that there is a sale more likely, they don't have the item even if you go early in the morning the day of the sale I give up and I'd rather go to another Publix over Summerport that is only 2 miles away. They always have items in stock and plenty of parking and less headache overall

One of the managers here is EXTREMELY rude. I was doing instacart shopping and told the cashier this in the process of checking out. I don't know if she didn't hear me, but proceeded to bag the groceries the way she pleased. After walking away from the register, the manager comes up behind me and asks if I was doing instacart in which I replied yes. He then starts to berate me stating I should have told the cashier and that the items have to be bagged a certain way and not in paper bags. (The customer asked for paper bags, she heard that part). I was just so stunned that all I could do was stand there. He then began grabbing stuff out of the bags and brought over plastic bags and told me to rebag everything. I will make sure I never step foot in this store again.

I have never encountered a bad Publix supermarket at any location I have visited. I love Publix; it is always clean and organized, and all products are of good quality and fresh, with a good variety and very good customer service.
