Publix at Main Street is a great spot for grocery shopping, but what really stood out during my visit were the fried chicken wings. They were perfectly cooked, crispy, and flavorful—definitely worth a try! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you're in the area and craving some delicious wings, I highly recommend stopping by this Publix.

Just go to another Publix, encountered the rudest butcher who literally physically nudged me out of his way while dramatically sighing when I was simply trying to grab a roast.
All he had to do was say excuse me or wait 2 seconds and I would have been out of his way.

Get to the register where I plan to inform them of the poor experience in the back and despite having a wonderful and friendly cashier she gets openly grilled by management for not asking me to donate to whatever their monthly project is. As someone who manages others I thought this was quite disgusting, if you want to correct someone do it politely or better yet do it privately and not on a busy Saturday when she has a line of people.
Just terrible, terrible staffing.

I go here almost every other day (I’m always forgetting things…) the bogo deals and cleanliness of the store are fabulous, but what keeps me coming back are the wonderful employees! Most of the people who work here are so kind and helpful. You don’t find that in any other grocery store in town. 🙂

Ordered both my son’s birthday cakes here. We got the Sundae Fundae cakes and THEY WERE DELICIOUS. Highly recommend their bakery. They always do a phenomenal job on any cake or cupcake order I make.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Their members app also shows you what is on sale, and what items have coupons. Quick recovery of listing on those you click on. Nakes shopping for groceries more efficient and bargains easy to obtain.

Cartersville Publix is always clean, organized, well-stocked with courteous employees. It's our go-to store in Cartersville.

Yesterday was very busy at the store with lines starting to build at the check-out lanes. But our lane moved very smoothly thanks to our cashier named Colin. My wife and I were both very impressed with this young man's focus, and organization when scanning the items while intermittently assisting the bagger to help keep the process as efficient as possible. And the whole time keeping light, friendly conversation with us. What a great employee! I predict Colin will go far and do very well in life. Publix please keep this young man as long as possible.
