Pathetic. I am a loyal customer to the Mulberry Grove Publix and typically love the service a friendliness of the staff. Todays visit was Pathetic. I went to the deli counter to order a sub sandwich. One person working the sandwich counter, an elderly women. I watched her make a sub for twenty minutes for the one customer in front of me. The pace was utterly ridiculous. She asked three times for other employees to help her and none even responded to her. None of which with with customers at the meat counter or the precooked foods counter. Finally another employee come over said hi to me and he needed to put gloves on to make my sub. Without exaggeration he took 9 minutes to out on the gloves, while the original women just started he second sub for the customer in front of me.

So 30 minutes to have a meatball sub made, only added cheese, onions and heated. Proceeded to self serve checkout where there was no one but an employee standing in this area. I proceeded to self scan my items, and had a cheese package that wouldn’t scan. The employee here was standing 3 feet from me and could see I was having trouble. This employee never offered assistance so I asked. She took the self serve hand scanner and got the item to scan and set it back down on the scanner. I said thank you, however she never even acknowledged my presence. Yes she did help, but never said a word or acknowledge me.

I typically always speak highly of this store and about the customer service in particular. I walked out disgusted with the staff.

I will be rethinking about returning to this location. I must say that the majority of my visits have always been met with awesome staff, so helpful and polite. Not today!

Second time in less than a week I have ordered an online sub. The first time I waited for 20 minutes after the pick up time and was just given my sub with no apologies or sorry for the wait. Today once again I arrive on time and no sub. After waiting 15 minutes I see a deli clerk and she says they are making bread. Fun fact: there was a sub that had a pick up time of 2:30. This was at 6. I’m sure the customer arrived at 2:30 and the sub wasn’t there and placed on rack after the pick up time.

Love their BOGO’s as they are always a draw for me to the store. Seafood, deli, prepared and baked foods are always stocked with interesting and delicious items to try and try again. This store is always clean and bright and the staff is friendly. My go to place for something to eat!

Out of products weeks ar a time egg whites, whipped cream cans now discontinued small bags of lays chips watermelon cuts always leaking or sticky but still #1 in customer service and cleanliness .

Don’t shop here unless you want to be treated like a 3rd class citizen if you can’t find a receipt. Maria was so rude, so disrespectful and needs a new job. She butt into a return she wasn’t originally apart of because $17 was a high price point that needed a receipt only to be returned. 0/0 recommended as it seems like everyone at the guest service counter is fearful of her and what she says goes. Refused to call a manager over refused to treat you like a human. Just disrespectful and disgusting and needs a new job outside of being a bully over $17 😂

Bought lots of groceries! Love the Organics and clean meats! Wish there were more! Love the Bogosian for stocking the pantry!
