Dear Publix Team,

I want to express my appreciation for the convenience of your online ordering system, which I often rely on due to my busy schedule. However, I have experienced consistent delays with pickup orders at my local store. Despite scheduling a specific pickup time, I frequently find that my order is not ready upon arrival, causing unnecessary delays of 20 minutes or more.

This has been particularly challenging as my lunch breaks are limited, and waiting for an order that should have been prepared in advance disrupts my schedule.

I kindly ask for improvements in this area to ensure orders are ready at the specified times, as this greatly enhances customer satisfaction

Surly staff at the cold meat counter. No jnterest interest in what I was ordering. I asked for 1/2 lb boars head ham sliced thin got 1/4 lb sliced think 4 slices. So disgusted I just took it will not go back. Out daughter had a less than pleasant experience at the fish counter. No service in this store any longer. Not sure if management has changed but not the publix I was used to going to for years

Naples Walk has been my Publix for over 20 years. My only complaint is the store has not carried sweet slaw for 2 months. What's going on?

Small busy store, not alot of options. Can't say it's a friendly like my store at Freedom Square (BEST STORE EVER) where I use to live (love & miss that store😞) this store today, I got in line, groceries scanned & bagged, and paid without 1 word...but at least the cashier and the bagger had a good conversation going...😉

An older location that's in need of updating. The staff does a great job with the confined space. Still making the best sandwiches in North Naples.

Ordered 2 hot subs online for pickup. Arrived and found my HOT subs in the cold section. Who wants a soggy sub? Zero brains.
