The store is always clean. There are times when registers are not maned . I prefer having a person check me out. Prices a , little. higher than some, but it is Convenient for Seniors. That live close by.. And you can save on their bogo deals each week.

Chris at the sandwich counter is a sandwich god! He went out of his way to make my husband and I an amazing sandwich. We really appreciated his courtesy and attention to detail, plus he was just so friendly!

It's a very tiny store but sometimes that's a good thing. The staff is great and sometimes they go above and beyond. It's also easier to find what ur looking for and they keep the store wellstocked

Unfortunately this was not my first interaction with Jennifer at the customer service desk being extremely unwelcoming and rude. When I was able to get her attention I said excuse me and she rolled her eyes and said “what is it?”. I told her the instacart pickup items I was looking for aren’t there (I normally check when I first get in store and give them time to pack the item until and pick it up as the last item). She told me they were probably at the deli and turned away to log onto the iPad to check, when she was trying to leave the area I guess I was in her way so she said excuse me in a annoyed tone. At the end of this interaction she was scanning all the deli item she picked up and threw the 2 items I was waiting on on the the shelf and said “here” before she turned away. I shop at plenty of Publix stores in Stuart since I’ve been shopping for instacart for a few years now and that is the worst interaction I’ve ever had and greatly unappreciated as a instacart shopper.

I've been a regular at Publix, and while 1 usually enjoy their offerings, l've had consistent issues with their sandwich pickup service. Every single time l order a sandwich for pickup, it's never ready on time. In fact, I've had to wait anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes past the promised pickup time before my sandwich is actually prepared.
This has been a frustrating experience, especially since I rely on their estimated times to plan my day. I hope they can improve their efficiency and better manage the pickup times, as this inconsistency is becoming a dealbreaker for me.

Stood there waiting for 45 minutes because I was told the manager was updating the lottery machine. Then she walks off doesn’t finish the machine. I continue standing there then after 20 minutes ask the customer service clerk if she’s fixing it or not… ONLY THEN does he say….”she went to do something else it’s going to be a while” AND LAUGHS! Worst Publix I’ve ver been too. Not the first time I’ve dealt with Walmart grade staff at this Publix.

Ordered a wrap at 2pm for pick up at 2:35pm, as I am on my very short lunch break. Get to store at 2:35pm, spend 10 minutes waiting for someone to help/locate the wrap for them to tell me they are still working on it. Go to sub counter and they state they can start it now?! This is an absolute joke. 2:50pm still not ready. An hour for a wrap from publix? MARTIN DOWNS LOCATION WOULD NEVER! Worst service I’ve ever experienced from this publix every time I try and go there.

Honestly this is probably the worst publix I have ever been to. The produce is always old, the customer service is terrible. Multiple times we have called into the Deli and we get put on hold and left there while they carry on in the background making small talk truly un professional. Update was forced to come to this publix again due to proximity called an order in for 5pm. Showed up at 5:10 and they just started cooking it. The deli at this place is a problem. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
