Very poor customer service, and employees that don’t understand English at checkout. Poor selection of organic produce. This grocery store sells pasture raised eggs at $11.27 compared to others at $8 and below. There’s products that are more expensive than other stores, and I’ve found other stores to have better selection.

A variety of products are available. The store is pretty clean. Had negative experience with staff in the bakery area, as they refused to provide product available on shelf displayed in their area.

I just can't recommend this Publix ever. It is constantly known as the crappy Publix in Naples. The workers are the worst. They are never welcoming like all the other welcoming. The make you feel annoyed when you ask for help. The hot food is almost never readily available. Chicken case or the soup. The stock is atrocious because they never have things stocked and when they do you better check the dates. Always selling expired food. It's October and the refrigerated stuff I just got was expired back to January... This happens far too much. Just close down.

ā€œThis is technically my second review, as Google wouldn’t allow me to submit another one for this location, so I’ve edited my previous review. Unfortunately, this might be the worst Publix I’ve encountered. The staff’s attitude is consistently unpleasant, which makes for a disappointing experience.ā€

I’ve had a disappointing experience at this Publix location multiple times. I understand if food options might be limited closer to closing time, but this happens hours before closing. If an item runs out by around 5 p.m., they won’t restock or make more. The food they do have often feels cold, as if they stop cooking well before the store actually closes. It’s frustrating because I charge my Tesla nearby, so it’s convenient to walk over, but the cold food and lack of availability are a recurring issue.

Stopped here on the way back from the East Coast after the hurricane on 10-11-2024. Looking for a meal to eat continuing for another couple of hours. It was 5:30 Pm. I went to the hot case after seeing a line for subs. I had to wait for a bit to get the attention of an employee. The ā€œlittle bitā€ of food in the case was old crusted, not stirred. But I asked anyway. Is there any tenders in the back or are you making anything fresh? I was told by the woman, that they were finished. They were done, closing. As she was waving her hands to be finished. They were not making anything else. Really? Wow! 5:30 in the evening and you are done working? I guess if management was checking on their store and staff in the first place, this wouldn’t have happened. Publix, it starts at the top! They are the ones hiring these people. So we checked out the rest of the plaza and went over to China Garden for our patronage. They were happy to have our business.

Good morning, this review is more of a, hopefully, constructive criticism.
Publix has always been a staple of the Naples community as a friendly neighborhood market. Unfortunately, time after time of going to this location at Pine Ridge Crossing, the customer service (specifically in the deli, hot food section) has been much below average. I noticed no friendly greeting upon arrival, employees will look at you and not acknowledge your presence. Not even a friendly ā€œhello, we will be right with you.ā€ Or ā€œthank you very much for your patienceā€
While I understand there is a short staff everywhere, it would only make sense for the employees who are actively on the sales floor to greet or acknowledge customers.
I love ordering and paying ahead of time for food orders, especially platters or trays when I have an upcoming work or personal event.
Yesterday, I had the misfortune of not only not having my order ready (even though the email confirmation said my order was complete) but absolutely none of the employees in the deli section had any idea my order even existed. I politely asked for a manager and it was not until then that the employees started hustling to actually search for my order or get the order completed.
All in all, they rushed to prepare a last minute platter for me, which i commend greatly and i am very thankful. The employee mentioned there was ā€œlack of communication between day shift and night shiftā€ while I can accept this as an excuse, I do believe this is something that should be brought to managements attention. Not just the deli manager but the store manager overall as this has not been the first time the service has been sub-par. I do hope in the very least that employees at our local Publix will smile and greet the customers even if they are busy and will be right with us. And all I am hoping for is for the Publix neighborly way to continue throughout.
Thank you.

I love Publix, I love everything and quality is more than amazing BUT I can’t believe sub section is the slowest part that exists, you wanna have the best subs in the best time and they are so slow and they take their time more than usual and don’t care about your value time, today I had to spend 26 mins for my 2 subs and I was in shock
