Can't say enough about this great bakery! I ordered a cake online for my husband's 80th birthday! Large eight and a large zero decorated with buttercream frosting. It was fabulous! The ease of ordering it online paying for it online and picking it up two days later was amazing! Publix bakery you are the best!

Sometimes, after a long week, you just need someone to understand. I bought the wrong cat litter and when I went to return it, I realized I forgot my receipt. Emily at the customer service desk understood the situation and felt my sincerity and proceeded to process my refund. This made my night feel so much better. It also inspired me to write this google review. People like Emily help make all our lives better, so maybe we can all thank her and all those at Publix who make it fun and safe to shop there.

This is now my go to supermarket as Winn Dixie and Dollar General has alienated me With horrible Customer Service.
This store is not as convenient as others but I make the extra effort to go here. The people here are always very helpful and Friendly. IF I have had any problems they are always quickly resolve.

I bought a bag of nectarines and when I got home and took them out of the bag 3 had mold on top of them. I returned the 3 the next day and just kept 2 thst didn't have moldy tops. Later that night I went to have one of the 2 that looked ok. I usually bite into it but this time I cut it open since 3 had been moldy. The inside looked like a moldy put and when i twisted it apart from the seed, much to my surprise a bug went crawling. Looked like a pincher bug. I dropped my nectarine grabbed my napkin and killed it . Thank got I didn't just bite into the nectarine. This really turned me off to the store. I've gotten moldy fruit too many times now and the bug in it was just too much!

Was very disappointed today for the first time at our little Publix on Roseland. Stoped to get chicken leg quarters, they had the big bags but no smaller packages. I asked the market guy he said no there was a chicken shortage. Ask the manager for help he said the meat department had rules. Told the manager guess I needed to go somewhere else, he said ok and walked away.
Went to Publix at shops of Sebastian and asked for a smaller pack and was shown several. Guess service ain’t what it used to be .

Publix is always the best in fruits, vegetables, bakery, my husband love eat Publix sushi they made there, products normal is a little spencive but worth bc everything is awesome! From cashiers,managers, attention to costumer is number one!!

One of my frequent shopping venues. Friendly people and a great place for groceries. One of my favorite things to do is pick up a sub prepared by the deli. I like to pick up a sub and a drink on my way to a fishing trip.
