Had a terrible experience at the deli counter where they were taking walk ups before my online order. I was being penalized for trying to plan ahead? So I asked if I could cancel the online order and place the order live instead - was rudely told no. Anyway fast forward to the end, Cookie saved the day! She happily made my subs and really helped me out. Her customer service was exceptional! She should train others in this category. THANKS COOKIE!!!

I love to shop on this Publix, they always look clean, bright, and pleasant to shop. Recently they added 6 stations for self check out for paying using cards only. This Publix sells wine and beer, however they don't sell liquor.

I also enjoy getting the sub from their deli, however, during lunch rush hour the service is very slow. They complete in person order with the online order. Their management needs to find a good way to accommodate this rush hour, either by hiring or assigning more people, or having the online order from different stations.

They have an online order to pick up groceries.

They recently changed the fresh produce section. They really look nice!

Don’t bother placing an online order here. This is the second time I’ve placed an online order at this location, and no order was prepared. Last night, I arrived 10 minutes past the pickup time (7:30pm), thinking I’d give them extra time. Once I got there, the employee looked at me like I had ten heads when I asked for my order. He then noticed the online order tickets sitting there, which meant no sub or wrap had been made.

To make matters worse, he asked me if someone else had already picked up the order. I responded, “How could anyone have picked it up when you just pulled the ticket?” Unbelievable! This location lacks customer service across the board.

Customer service non-existent…waited over 5 minutes before someone in the deli department acknowledged me…there were no others customers at the deli…communication was rather difficult since…I DON’T SPEAK HAITIAN CREOLE…the order I received was completely wrong (I should have known better) and did not realize until I was about 25 minutes away. Will definitely not be shopping at this pubic-x again.

This is my favorite Publix Supermarket! The store is a bit smaller than most, which I like, but it is very well stocked and SUPER clean and organized. It has the feel of a “village market” in a beach neighborhood, so the shopping center is aptly named. If you are a foodie, you will be very pleased with their cheese and wine selections, and their produce is fresh and plentiful. I am also very satisfied with their seafood offerings. The staff at this location is very friendly and ready to help, always with a smile. A welcoming and well-managed supermarket. Easy in and out and plenty of parking right off A1A. The center also has a very large CVS and Baskin Robbins if you are craving ice cream! There is a lovely fountain and benches where you can enjoy your cone before or after your shopping!
