Clean and tidy and perfect. Some Publics stores are nicer than others. This is one of the good ones.

A quick stop for a few bits for the Airbnb. We found everything where it was supposed to be, neatly shelves with prices marked. One bargain BOGO was a nice find.

Angie in the Meat Dept gave such outstanding service. Since we’ve both been in retail/grocery, we know great service. We found her straightening the caseline. We couldn’t find the chicken quarters on sale. She offered to make us a pack using drum sticks and thighs at the sale price. We got the chicken in 5 min at the sale price. Thank you Angie!

This location could be better if they trained their employees better. The deli area and sandwich area is the worse and the employees working in those areas have no sense of urgency and complains when they have to slice whatever meat is being requested. 20 min in line only to be told he had to slice the turkey and came back to say we don’t have any. This was an inconvenience as he should’ve never said he was getting it before knowing if it’s even in stock. This happens way too often and it’s ridiculous.

I was trying to find chili sauce and looked everywhere for it. I saw an employee Krystal, who was on the aisle and asked her where it was. She kindly stopped what she was doing and showed me right where the chili sauce was. Store was clean, Extremely friendly staff. Love Publix and thank you Krystal.

UPDATE 2/6/23- Still my FAVORITE of the Boynton locations. They had everything I needed, plus some. The rainbow kosher cookies are LIFE, and you can't go wrong with the bow tie pasta salad. I haven't met one rude employee or manager. Summer and Josh checked me out, and they were wonderful as well. Always nice chatting it up with them and complimenting, of course.
This was my first time visiting the new location, and I found everything I needed! The place is beautiful, and I love the setup. I found that the employees were very helpful and were happy to assist me with finding what I wanted. I have searched so many of the locations for the kosher rainbow cookies, and I was elated to find them here! I grabbed the last 2 😁 Check out the store. Felicia checked me out, so sweet, and we chatted for a bit. Chris helped me to the car as I needed 2 carts. That's what happens when you haven't gone grocery shopping in over a month 😅

Went in again today and was able to grab what I needed before walking out of the store into what seemed like a tornado 🌪, it wasn't, but everything was flying around. Managers were outside helping customers, etc. They truly are a great team!!

The attention in this Publix has declined in an amazing way today, February 17, 2024 I came to order food options at the Bakery and a lady told me rudely "I SPOKE QUICKLY I WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME HERE WITH YOU"" I just said ok withdrew please I will wait for another educated person who can take care of me The employee louisemar is the worst thing there can be in the rude and rude deli

Publix in Military Trail and Woolbright makes shopping so easy. They have everything from flower bouquets, drive thru pharmacy, big variety of produce, international herbs and sauces. The bakery is my fave! Fresh bread and loaves are always available, cakes and pastries are heavenly. They are more pricey than other supermarkets though. But there are some items which they make superb like the cinnamon-pecan bun.😀😀
